Sticking up in all directions. Face: Ugly, twisted, malicious. Grinning, leering. Large, squinting eyes. Wide, mischievous grin. Eyes: Dark, gleaming, evil. Sly and cunning. Twinkling with malice. Outfit: Gaudy, outdated clothes. Bowler hat and a tassel. Usually bright colors. Often wears a bell or a horn.
