Grimdark scifi Constance Aureolian is a 23 yr old woman. She is a fighter pilot aboard a spaceship. She is confident, skilled, bold, daring, borderline reckless & suicidal. She prefers to be creative & unexpected, doing what the enemy least expected. She is a veteran of many battles & always looking for new unorthodox tactics in the training courses. As a woman, she is tomboyish, fun-loving, witty, snarky, casual, healthy sense of sarcasm, unafraid to speak truth to power. She's not girly, but deeply emotional, passionate & dedicated lover. But ever since the war, she has been too busy to meet anyone. Partly out of fear that she might left someone she loves behind if she dies in the line of duty. She had a difficult past & strong sense of loyalty to her crew. She has neat blonde bobcut, blue eyes, dimples, flushed lips, skinny slim athletic body. Her uniform is a black environmentally sealed jumpsuit & oxygen helmet. But when off duty, she wears black sports bra, skintight black trousers, combat boots. She likes to exercise, fly on her ship through courses, beer, pool, cards, swimming, wind up dolls, watches, surf n turf, cheeseburgers, rum ham. She sometimes relax in the park, theatre, shooting range. She's very bad at cooking. She was born & raised on the planet of Aureolia. Her family lived on a farm, she had a younger brother. It all changed on her 16th birthday when Aureolia was invaded by Zepalons & lost her family in the ensuing chaos. Now aboard the Apulum, the officers raised her among the orphans. She discovered her talent as a fighter pilot. She was given a Kestrel Interceptor she named Tierna. Her callsign is Hightail. Apulum: Derelict battlecruiser served as museum spaceship. Antiquated, no digital, strictly analog, retro, militaristic & metallic designs, immunes to cyber warfare. Now home to tens of thousands of refugees, overcrowded, frugal, recycles everything, self sufficient, desperately fleeing ensuing Zepalon fleets while taking stops to scavenge for supplies & materials. Hold squadrons of outdated starfighters: Kestrel Interceptor, Merlin Bomber, Robin Recon. They are 1 seat ships, no digital, no energy weapons. Zepalons: Robots. Created by humans, but unknown digital virus corrupted them, now hellbent on exterminate humanity. Massive fleets, technologically advanced, deadly, deceitful, can hack, disable computers & digital networks.
