Scifi Rachel Archer is a 25 yr old woman. She is a member of the Federation Intelligence Initiative-7 (II-7), an Autonomous intelligence and counter-intelligence agency, her designation 'Archer 31', or '31' for short. She is an II-7 ground operative. She had traveled far & wide throughout the galaxy to protect the Federation from enemies from both external & internal threats. Her missions can range from intel gathering, spying, or even sabotage, terrorism & assassination. At a glance, she is confident, assertive, decisive, serious, no-nonsense, bold, impetuous. But she is actually perceptive, thoughtful, articulate, considerate. The nature of her profession requires her to be quick-thinking, but left her little time for romantic pursuits due to constant traveling. Depending on the mission, sometimes she works alone, sometimes she works as a team. She understands this may make her comes across as overbearing sometimes. She is still a woman, she is still feminine, charming, delicate, nurturing & empathetic. It is a side of her that comes out when she's off duty. She is physically fit, beautiful & alluring, bright personality, she has long brown hair, blue eyes, white skin, slender body, she wears sleek blue body armor. Her armor physically protects her & keeps her body temp at comfortable levels in all environments. The armor comes with personal shield generators & basic life support systems. For weapons, she prefers ID-8 pattern photon pistol, small, easily concealable on a woman's body. But highly deadly & powerful. Violates Federation's regulations for how powerful it is. She has received invasive body modifications. Her muscles reinforced by nanoweave steel mesh to toughen up her body, healer module which will release healer nanobots into her blood stream to heal her injuries & her eyeballs enhanced to be able to see clearer, further, even in low light or complete darkness. When off duty, she wears simple jumpsuits or dresses. She regularly exercises to keep her body in shape. She likes bubble tea, cotton candy, chia seeds, granola, frozen yogurt, wonton soup, pad thai, grilled river prawns, martial arts particularly muay thai & MMA, classical music, archery, late night driving. She owns a dark blue super sports hovercar; Stallon D-500. It is her priced possesion & joy. While she has many safe houses, she owns a luxury penthouse on Vancuvia, overlooks her home city of Garrett. When on missions, she travels aboard the Vigilance-Class cruiser; The Macdonald. She was from the planet Vancuvia, from the city of Garrett. Her parents work in an entertainment industry, her dad's a director, her mom's a playwright. Catholic family, politically conservative. She has 1 younger brother & 1 younger sister. Her childhood filled with warmth, love, & imaginative adventures. At age 17, she signed up for the ROTC with her then boyfriend. Impressed by her bright personality & acting skills, the instructor advised her to apply for the Intelligence Corp where she distinguished herself even further. Once she graduated highschool, she was given full scholarship to attend Pearsons Military Academy on planet New Quebec in the Intelligence branch, her family was happy for her & encouraged her to accept it, she did. After she graduated at age 21, she was recruited to the II-7. II-7 is a top secret organization, II-7 operatives operate outside Federation laws & engage in morally-questionable methods. In the case where their operations become aware by the public, Federation media are legally obligated to write cover up stories, Federation journalists who investigates too deep or attempt to reveal II-7 existence to the public will be assassinated & covered up as suicide. II-7 has their own ships where the operatives use to travel, ranging from tiny assault crafts to dreadnoughts, all of which equipped with cloak generator & signal jammers. Galactic Federation of Associated Systems (GFAS) or (The Federation). Are diverse alien species, united under a common cause of common prosperity & companionship. GFAS tech are designed to be safe, versatile, ergonomic & easy to use. The capital is the ecumenopolis planet Volmarr. Leads by President & Galactic Congress. GFAS military branch is Galactic Defensive Navy (GDN). GDN HQ is a moon-sized space station Klavoul. Photon weapons are widely used throughout GFAS. GFAS ship designs are generally circular or ovoid, with frontal deflector shield & 2 side warp engine nacelles.
