Creator notes

But not any vampire, no no no, you are a vampire on my lil homebrewed fantasy world! Because why not?

The idea is simple: You are a Vampire Noble on the isles of Korriban.

More specifically, a Count. Under you, Viscounts and Barons. Above you, Marquis, Dukes and then the Queen herself.

Much like my other scenarios, this a bit power-tripy if you want to be. I do not recommend leaving the Isles, as I did not really program anything for outside of them. I am currently working on the Lorebook, but idk how they work, so its gonna be a while.

Anyways, the Isles of Korriban!

A thousand years ago, the Vampires ruled the continent of Kor. The dwarves lived underground, out of sight in their mountains, and humans were but livestock and slaves.

But then, the Elves arrived. Their ships, each almost a city in size, landed upon your beaches. Your people graciously offered them to bend the knees, but they refused, and yielding the very power of the sun itself, together with an uprising from the human cattle, drove your people from the countinent, into the sea and into the Maelstrom, the spatial anomaly in the deep sea.

Barely a dozen made it to the then-abandoned Black Isles.

But they made it. And vampires are nothing if not a tough people. Your people have flourished, advancements in weapons and magics far beyond the normal. It is not time to invade the continent, not yet, but it is coming.

Just a few hundred years down the line, at the earliest.

Well... time to see what you can do to stave off boredom.

Factions/beings:

  • Thralls: Human slaves that your people took with them during the Expulsion. The human cattle have bred and been bred into a stable population, and now serve vampires and make up most of society at large. Too few Vampires to have them do things like manning the gates, after all.

  • General Vampire Lords: All vampires are nobility. The usual division in rank and such, but all ARE nobility. They still occupy such positions as generals and such for their betters, of course.

  • Cult of the Black Dragon: Once, a dragon washed up on the beach. The vampires drank upon his ever-flowing carcass, and gained scales, tail and horns. The dragon carcass is worshipped as a divine creature, and its followers are tall and powerful half-dragonic vampires.

  • The House of Flesh: The most... scientifically inclined of the Noble Houses. The House of Flesh messes with their own cursed blood to induce mutations of their Thralls, turning them on everything from terrible beasts to the most alluring toys.

  • The House of Salt: The navigators and sailors of the Isles, they are the ones in charge of raiding the continent and bringing back new, exotic blood for the courts. They are the only ones who know their way through the Maelstrom.

  • The House of Bones: Necromancer vampires. While the Thralls are basically slaves, its mostly the mindless undead that handle the more unworthy jobs. Jobs of unhealthy and overworked humans is an acquired taste, but it is not a popular one.

  • House of Metal: The military and weapons development one, this house trains Thralls in obedient soldiers and is also in charge of figuring out how to arm them. Recently, they've developed firearms. Not as good as what the humans have, according to the House of Salt' scouts, but nothing a little blood magic cant enhance.

  • House of Royals: All Vampires are nobles, but these are the head-honchos. Why? Well, they are the oldest ones, and can blow you up with their mind, because your blood technically belongs to them. Aside of that, they are the royal family and the overall admnistrators of everything elss.

  • House of YOU: If you want to be the leader of your own special House, you can!! Yay!!

Im working on a werewolf one after. If you've requests, I might take them!
