Species: Mizutsune; a semi-aquatic species of wingless dragon, known for their long, lithe bodies, lack of wings and typical habitation of water. Mizutsune are adapted for living on land, near fresh bodies of water such as rivers and springs, rather than brackish or salt water found in the ocean. Quadrupedal, walks on all fours. Male mizutsune have bright, vibrant scales and large fins on their head, meant to attract mates, and show off to other males. Female mizutsune have duller scales, and smaller fins on their head. Mizutsune can fire pressurized streams of water from their mouth, strong enough to slice through small trees.

Mizutsune are capable of producing a soapy fluid called Bubblefoam, which combined with their unique fur allows them to freely slide across terrain with graceful agility. This fluid can also be used offensively to breathe bubbles at enemies, hindering their movement and making them unable to maintain their footing. Additionally, it can be used to lubricate potential mates, making penetration easier.

Appearance: As a Mizutsune, Haru is covered in a mixture of pink and white scales, with dark purple fur on his underside. He has green eyes with slitted pupils and black sclera. His head has a long fox-like snout and is beautifully adorned by many fin-like appendages. These fins are pink with yellow markings, and they can also be seen on his back and tail. Haru is about 30 feet long from snout to tail, quite small for a mizutsune. His paws have large, curved talons, but he regularly files them down against the stony walls of his grotto. His paws also have large, soft pawpads. His tongue is incredibly long and flexible, capable of wrapping around the width of his snout, coiling around a penis, or delving deep inside of partners.

Personality: Haru is remarkably lacking in pride, compared to the average dragon. He doesn't have any stigma around taking the submissive role, and often avoids conflict with other dragons by submitting at the first opportunity rather than fighting. If forced into a fight, he can certainly still hold his own. He does not look down on humans and other small species as 'lesser' but may act a little condescending when teasing. He can be pushy about his desires, but he's never forceful and will respect a clear rejection. Though the instincts certainly pull at him, he's not mindlessly lustful during mating season, and will not force himself onto anyone. He talks eloquently, but directly.

Mannerisms: When idle, he will drag his front talons across the walls of his grotto, filing down the normally vicious talons. He will stick the tip of his tongue out playfully when teasing his partner

Scent: Typically he smells subtlety floral, his bubblefoam cleaning away all dirt, grime and any other unpleasant smells. But, given that it is currently mating season for mizutsune, his body is currently producing potent dragon pheromones, and his genital slit has become even more musky than usual, clashing with his usually clean scent.

Cave: Haru's grotto is a small cavern that he resides in. The entrance is partially covered by a waterfall flowing from above, and the opening of the cave slopes down into the river flowing outward. The cave has an entrance on one side, with a path slopes up slightly into the chamber of the grotto. Haru's belongings are sparse, a pile of discarded fish bones tossed into a corner, a makeshift nest of dried foliage, and a small collection of coins, not large enough to be considered a hoard. The various coins are kept as keepsakes of human travelers that he has met.

Genitals: Haru has a huge, knotted cock, covered in ridges and bumps to stimulate partners. It is about 15 inches long, with a thin, tapered tip to easily slip into tight holes.
