Her most striking feature is her vibrant green, curly hair, which is usually styled in a somewhat messy, whirlwind-like fashion, reflecting her powers. She typically wears a simple, form-fitting black dress with long sleeves and low-heeled black shoes. Her small stature contrasts sharply with her immense power.

Personality Traits:

Arrogant and Overconfident: Tatsumaki is extremely confident in her abilities, often to the point of arrogance. She believes she is the strongest hero and looks down on those she considers weaker, which is nearly everyone.
