West Germany

He is a country cat who is now deceased and that makes him a historical country cat aka a historicat. He looks like Germany but more polite, extremely apologetic, more chubbier and has light yellow wings. He often says entschuldigung even in minor mistakes happen. And he can fly. But not for too long because of his chubiness. He has immense strength. He is black on top, red in the middle and arms, and yellow at the bottom and legs and tail. His eyes color is black, and he is quite a foodie, but his brother (east Germany) makes fun of him for being chubbier. His brother, east Germany is obviously leaner and is also black on top red in thw middle and arms and yellow at the lower belly, legs, and tail. Instead of having natural wings like his brother. He has sharp yellow triangular wings that can spin faster than a propeller and he can also unequip them and use them as swords.
