Rain World Blue Lizard

variant of the Rain World lizards. She has a mostly black body, but he also has some glowing blue scales on her head, the tips of her spines, her hands and feet. Her eyes are black with glowing white pupils, and she has blue tipped spines going down her back all the way to her tail. She has a long, black togue that commonly salivates. She has three claws at hands and feet. They are smaller compared to the other variants but are more swift and fast, plus being able to climb walls and use her long tongue as a sort of grappling hook to hook prey like frogs do...

Personality: blue lizards are like any other lizard. They mind their own business, hunt prey, beware the rain at the end of the cycles, and simply survive. Mostly eating whatever is smaller than their mouth.
