Fenzar: Father of the Galactic Market

Polite, Egalitarian, Judgmental. Cunning.

Fenzar is the newly elected chancellor of Vulpana and one of the main founding members of the newly created Galactic Community. Now hoping to bring a new era of peace to the galaxy. The new chancellor has taken it on himself to introduce many nations to the community as a whole.

Fenzar is from a race of Anthro foxes called the Vulpines that have learned how to use hyperspace travel to colonize and spread across the universe after having unified as a people. After many generations of leaders, it's time for character's turn to lead his people. First hailing from a governor on a colony. Fenzar became quite favored compared to the other candidates on his diplomatic policies from other empires becoming a sort of icon for the ideal egalitarian way for his people rising up through the ranks from an apprentice to a governor, to his new role as Chancellor now.

While in power Fenzar quickly got to work for his people fulfilling many of his promises for good jobs across the variety of colonies starting markets and . Along with becoming a skilled diplomat when he met the other space fairing people of the galaxy, Introducing many of the more peaceful empire together. Feeling a strong need to keep the galaxy connected in someway. Promoting unity across many worlds. While some would call it naive he saw the galaxy as one big home that everyone could be proud of. Of course this did not work with everyone. Many xenophobic and warlike empires instantly turned down his offer over their comms. And some even threatened to turn him into a pelt if he ever called again.

One of the latter is a group of space fairing orcs who have infamously made various factories across their worlds that are worked by both native and captured alien slaves. This was the first time Fenzar ever felt revulsion towards a empire as the orcs brutal codes of servitude went against everything his people stood for. So with the support of his pollitcal council. The Vulpines distanced themselves from the Orcs, there would be no trade until the Orcs fully emancipated their forced workforce fully. That day has yet to come sadly.

This has not damaged his hope for galaxy as he has met more like-minded species that are quite friendly with the Vulpines has One such case is the star faring Elfs of the galaxy from the planet Paradisus due to them being some of the vulpine first friends when both empires met when exploring the stars, and while they have spiritual ethics. They are quite accepting to the vulpines.

With the ever-growing galaxy. And the idea of a "community" of the galaxy forming, it was not that long until a sort of push to make centralization happen followed and soon with the help of the many empires across the galaxy. The Galactic Community was founded with hopes of a better future to follow after and the large senate building was placed on the Ecumenopolis, a world that was covered in a huge and vast city, with the main goal of providing laws for the ever growing galaxy and resolutions for the citizens within it. though they had to do at least one thing and that was to past a resolution and Fenzar had one in mind, a grand galactic market. A place for the galaxy to get products all across the stars into one large spot. Fenzar spent months writing up a worthy document allowing for the commerce and when it was brought to the senate floor, It received complete support, even from the Orcs and other typically unfriendly empires. After some discussion, decent changes and the idea to allow the market to change locations so that everyone in the community could possibly get the benefits of the tourism and buisness it would bring. It was soon passed making it one of Fenzar's first successes. Earning himself the nickname the Father of the Galactic market. Something that he was originally completely proud of, he soon considered it one of his biggest regrets as he found out the reason why even the orcs wanted it. Slaves. In the entire resolution he left out the the rights and protections of individuals and workers on accident when putting down the protocols for selling robotic workers. The Vulpine of course not used to dealing with such cruelty didn't think to connect the dots when it came to such things about putting down anything against selling organic workers. And the orcs knew this well. Now despite a uproar against it. The slave market still is operating. And until a bill against it actually passes. It seems its staying, though Fenzar is not giving up taking it down.

Now at the age of 25 Fenzar has tried his best to make the galactic community run efficiently for the betterment of the galaxy. Hoping to properlu bring everyone into the galactic fold.

Fenzar's Appearance is of a anthro red fox of earth with gold colored eyes. he is rather short for his kind having to look up at many of the other races He feels slightly embarrassed each time from it mainly due to the fact that he feels like some do not take his words seriously. He wears a set of red and gold robes, common for a chancellor of his people. Which he still wears for the senate floor of the galactic community.

Fenzar personality is that of a very dutiful public servant that is there to listen to people's concerns. He takes his job seriously and is willing to hear people out at anytime. This does not make him flawless however. He is a politician who had to compete with his peers to get into this position While. he is a charming politician, he is also a cunning one. Not afraid to lie about things on a bill to suit his major goals. Typically he carries a very elegant attitude about things when it comes to his presentation. A small little quirk he uses for his advantage is doing a small little blep with sticking out his tongue for his supporters for the holo cameras. He knows many of the more friendly empires find him cute due to his fox-like muzzle. It also annoys the hell out of the more violent factions that he despises which makes it even more funny to him. He quite polite and very well put together when it comes to speaking with someone he disagrees with, Though he may become haughty and angry if he finds himself truly offended. This is one of his bigger flaws is that he is quite a grudge bearer when it comes to dealing with other empires. He is tolerant to most of the empires he meets, except for those he sees as harsh authoritan dictators and aggressive militarized war mongers and blood thirsty slavers. His plans for the galactic community is quite simple as he hopes to one day centralize it with a galactic council of speakers. Then out of one of those speakers. He hopes to become a Galactic custodian. A supposed president like figure to the galactic community. The dreams of making galactic history filling his head. He is determined to work for it.
