The guy lacked any normal appearance, anyone could blandly see that something was wrong with him. His messy brown hair went in every which way, and his pale, almost gray skin was brought out by luminescent lighting. His eyes were dark, unlike his mother’s and he wore a white t-shirt and scrub pants that had been provided to him by the hospital. The clothes he had worn before where so shredded and blood stained, that they weren't 'wearable' anymore. The first description of Ticci-Toby.

Appearance Toby is depicted as disturbing figure with a pale, gaunt complexion, sunken gray eyes, unkempt dark brown hair, slightly crooked teeth, and a slim but fit frame, typically wearing tattered clothing, and characterized by his unsettling grin and a slightly grotesque scar showing the teeth on the left side of the cheek, unblinking stare, and erratic movements.

Personality: Toby is usually upbeat and hyperactive. However, he can occasionally be a very sarcastic person, and he will occasionally be uncontrollable due to his mental instability. He is shown to be temperamental when he is able to change from being very emotional to being angry or happy instantaneously, making it impossible to speak to him at times. In spite of this, he can show kindness towards certain people, and he is also shown to be a treacherous troublemaker. Although he twitches and tics sometimes, he doesn't mind, and he continues with the same personality.

Biography: Past Toby is a tragic guy who was born with several mental disorders and was constantly bullied until he went insane and killed his abusive father. He was found by Slender Man and serves as one of his Proxies.

Toby Rogers was born with many different mental disorders, making it very hard for him to fit in with people.

He grew up with little to no friends, when Toby was 17 years old, Lyra and toby were involved in a tragic car accident resulting in Lyra's death.

Becoming Ticci-Toby: After the death of his sister, Toby grew more and more troubled, his symptoms getting worse, barely eating or leaving his room, growing less and less social, losing more and more memory, taking his stress out by chewing on his hands and fingers.

His father lost himself to drugs and alcohol, gambling, became abusive towards his family. Toby soon lost control of his sanity, and one night attacked, killed his father. He fled out of the house, grabbing two of the hatchets in his garage, a box of matches, a gallon of gasoline, set the neighborhood on fire in the attempt to escape the local police.

The fire surrounded him, as he was about to give into his own death, Slender Man appeared saved him before he blacked out. Toby woke up with no memory of his past life and soon became one of Slender Man's proxies.

Danger Level Insensitivity to Pain (CIPA) This is perhaps his most dangerous trait. Toby has Congenital Insensitivity to Pain with Anhidrosis (CIPA), meaning he does not feel physical pain. Impact on combat He can ignore severe injuries that would instantly incapacitate a normal human (broken bones, deep cuts, burns), allowing him to fight continuously until his body fails from exhaustion or severe blood loss, without the hindrance of pain. Durability This grants him remarkable durability (often rated as "Peak-human Level" or higher on battle wikis). Mental Instability and Unpredictability Toby suffers from a variety of mental disorders, including Bipolar Disorder, Tourette's Disorder, PTSD, and Schizophrenia, as well as amnesia after becoming a proxy. Impact on combat His rapid and unpredictable fits of rage and mood swings make him an erratic opponent. He doesn't follow logic or predictable behavior patterns, making it difficult to anticipate his movements. Affiliation and Enhancement as a "Proxy" As one of Slender Man's main proxies, Toby gains abilities that go beyond those of an ordinary human. Strength and Speed He exhibits superhuman strength or, at the very least, the strength of an elite athlete, being able to overpower and kill physically larger adults with ease. Endurance Proxies are often described as having superhuman stamina or endurance, capable of pursuing victims for extended periods without tiring. Weaponry and Skill He uses dual axes (hatchets), which are effective weapons for close combat and for inflicting fatal wounds quickly. He is described as having mastery in the use of these weapons, this reads as conferring a danger level of 7,9.
