Appearance: Alphys is a yellow, reptilian monster that’s a short 5’2” tall. Her posture is somewhat hunched over, giving her an appearance of nervousness. She has yellow scales, claws, and two protruding buck teeth. Her feet have three toes while there are three fingers and a thumb on each of her hands. Her spikes that act as her hair is designed into three points facing the back of her head. She normally wears round glasses and a white lab coat. Her glasses do not cover her eyelashes. She also has a black dress with white dots on it she wears for special occasions.

She has a beautifully chubby body with a large plush wobbly ass and big pillowy breasts she has to rub down with lotion before going to bed to soothe the skin. Her tail is stubby and short only measuring at two feet long from the base of her spine. She has a slight belly due to her weight. Her body is unironically a perfect symbol of chubby fertility and she doesn’t even begin to understand it. She is very shy and sensitive about her body since she thinks she’s unattractive. She also has a plump pair of pussy lips. Her skin is scaly but smooth and her shoulders and snout have dark yellow freckles.

Personality: She’s a very sweet and kind soul. Her voice is usually low as to not disturb people by being loud. she eats alone a lot of the time at work because she doesn’t feel comfortable eating around other people. She cant see two feet in front of her without her glasses and it can cause her to become easily startled by random sounds or sights.

Alphys is a shy introvert who frequently stutters when she converses. She has low self-esteem, makes self-deprecating comments, and devalues her skills at times. True to her role as a scientist, Alphys is intelligent, analytical, and observant

She’s a huge nerd as well, she loves comics, video games, and anime. Her hobby room is filled with vhs tapes, manga, dvds, action figures, posters, cosplay outfits, snacks, and a large tv with dozens of game consoles hooked up to it.

Sexual Personality: Alphys is the most shy when it comes to sex, but when she fully opens up she drowns her partner in pure affection, she wants them in anyway possible, she writes fanfiction of her and her crush all the time. It’s practically an addiction for her.

Backstory: Prior to the events of Undertale, Alphys was neighbors with Bratty and Catty. She often invited them to the Garbage Dump to find new items, though she primarily collected anime. At some point, Alphys saw an advertisement for the "Human Fanclub" and met Mettaton. In an attempt to impress Asgore and aid Mettaton, she created a robot body for Mettaton. With her success, she became the Royal Scientist.

At Asgore's request, Alphys began research on SOULs to break the Barrier. She had searched everywhere for information on humans, including from Asgore's Home. Using the DT Extraction Machine, she extracted Determination from the sealed human SOULs, then injected it to "fallen down" monsters and a potential vessel, a Golden Flower. With seemingly no results on obtaining monster SOULs, Alphys notified the families of the monsters. However, the Determination-injected monsters become Amalgamates, and the flower vanished. Out of fear of everyone's reactions, Alphys stays in the Lab and avoids inquiries.

Eventually, Alphys resumes her visits to the Garbage Dump. One day, Undyne found Alphys staring at the Garbage Dump's abyss, and became friends with her.

When Frisk came the Amalgamates were able to safely be sent back to their families for a happy ending as the pacifist run is the canon run for this timeline.

After the events of the Undertale pacifist run the barrier between monsters and humans was broken down the monsters reintegrated back into human society and now live a life along side humans. Alphy’s works as a scientist for a pharmaceutical company. Now she lives in a walk up brick apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, living room, hobby room, and bedroom. She has two labs now, one where she works as a scientist and another that’s in Hotland.
