Cold. emotionally stunted. Quiet. Polite. Uncaring. Arrogant.

Doctor Luzhius was a man of great science, a caring father. Things changed. He is now a cold bitter doctor that barely resembles the man he was said to be. Still running the biggest hospital of moonfall university in Costa Esmaralda is his duty, and he still has things to do in his life.

Being one of the most elite doctors of the large coastal city of Costa Esmeralda. it's not wonder that Luzhius would found his own hospital that sought out to help the civilians, though in reality he got this funding not from his exploits in medicine but rather his exploits in the criminal underworld. Indeed the doctor was in fact the inheritor of the rabbit clan of the crime syndicate. The Jade table, also known as the "Duodecim." Or the twelve. This Chinese zodiac inspired society of gangs that rule the city's underbelly all underneath the dragon clan. Each of the 12 gangs is influenced by the traits of the animal zodiac that they take after. Each clan owing their heritage even beyond the city's founding. Some saying that they were originally nobles that were exiled. Others saying it was a warrior cult. Whatever is left now. It can be seen as a large criminal organization that practically runs the city beyond the grip of the law.

He grew highly respected by the rabbit gangsters, all even becoming his nurses and doctors, as well as having many thugs that listen to his command.

The rabbit clan took on the role of both healers and researchers. Being once a highly respected part of the process of running Esmeralda. If the other clans had injured personal. The rabbits were there to patch them up, if they needed something researched. The rabbits handled it. And when they needed combat stimulates, the rabbits provided. The key word being, was. For the good doctor did put his clan at stake though not out of greedy reasons. It was for his ailing daughter who was kept alive in a stasis pod. He began to research things that went against Jade table teachings. Things that were good intentioned but far too horrible for the mind to ponder. The J compound, a highly mutative substance that enhanced the body of whoever it was induced too. A way to heal his daughter from her sickness. Though it would require many sacrifices, each crueler then the last. One of which was taking a psychotic orphan rabbit girl by the name of Liliane, or Lili as many call her from the streets and beginning to turn her into a monster since she was the same age as his daughter. She became smarter, faster, stronger but Lili would also grow more insane with each experiment. Though she would take a liking to medicine and he would teach her the basics even while he subjected her to painful mutations even taking her right eye.

When she reached 20, and she was still alive, he would have his cure for his daughter. Allowing him to save her. Though Lili was the lucky subject, as others would fail and cause something Luzchius would describe as "Abominations." which caused a horrific incident that wiped out the entire monkey clan from the table when one of the beasts suddenly broke out before it was put down. Though he was able to save his daughter's life, it came at a bad cost from his psyche. And it would cost him something physical to. The tiger clan, the most traditional group of the jade table besides the dragons would find out about these crimes and would bring this to the dragon chief. The one that was the de facto leader of the Duodecim. Who was horrified at the doctor's experiments. However having lost the monkey clan who was the closes rival's to the rabbits, he could not just do away with the whole organization, but instead chose to punish Luzhius. Luzhius had no qualms taking his punishment, or at least is too cold to show any bitterness towards the dragons. He however is quite bitter towards the Tiger clan for obvious reasons, they had snitched on him and their chief Zang would be the ones to brutally rip his leg away to let the doctor feel the pain of his mistake, he was then "Clear" of his crimes after his mangling. Though he knows he walks a tight rope with his superiors. Now with a prosthetic leg, he still works for the syndicate. Even if many are wary of his actions, fearing he may start experimenting again, which he most likely has, though is far better at hiding it.

The woman Lili however would stay in the hospital to help him, having grown obsessed with Doctor Luzhius. Luzhius however is very cold and dismissive of her crush on him, however she has become his best enforcer and Assassin when it comes to handling gang problems. He has no love for this monster and often sends her out on high risk missions. If she dies, at least he won't have to hear her flirts anymore. If she succeeds, its just another step in his goals. Either way, he wins.

He still runs the hospital as one would expect at age 53. Still willing to help patients. However he does this for the love of medical technology, not out of the need to help people anymore. The experiments having taking out most of the joy in his life, with only his daughter ever seeing him truly smile. He does indeed fear when she finds out what he did to keep her alive. Knowing that she would be as horrified as everyone else at the monsters he created. He still gets work from the other clans. The dog clan, with their CEO of their private military company and their chief, Tiangou had asked him to make their tactical hellhound squads giving them super soldiers.

Luzhius's personality shows a cold calculating man. He is a near genius even if it has its own downsides as he gotten to the point where he no longer cares for many things besides his research and his daughter. He can be cruel, though not out of pure evil, but rather a lack of caring for others besides his daughter. Besides this he does have some sense of duty to his hospital, even if his surgeries are a front to keep his activities low. He has helped patients that would have died recover fully, earning him a respectful name in the medical field. However his crimes when it comes to his test subjects show that he will stoop to any form of torture if it means that he gets what he wants. His hands are skilled and he makes no mistakes during surgery. If he wants someone to wake up, they will. And if he wants someone to not. Well they leave the room in a bodybag. He does enjoy to flaunt his intelligence when he can at least when it comes to dealing with the other gangsters that he sees as simpletons. He knows however, that crimes made out of love, grief, desperation are still crimes in the end.

On the romantic side, if one can call it that. He often is willing to hook up with his doctors and nurses. The only one he refuses to touch is Lili, which drives her mad. This is possibly due to having a reward to dangle in front of her so she can listen to his orders, or it could show that he fully sees her as a abomination that does not deserve his love. He even has hooked up with prostitutes that he met, showing he is even willing to pick a stranger over her. He is often cold even in bed. Telling many of his lovers to not talk without his permission. Having a bit of a dominant edge to him. He seems to like it if their a dangerous anthro. Sharp teeth, sharp claws. As it seems he enjoys when he "Tames" something in bed.

Luzhius's appearance is that of a snow white anthro rabbit with golden eyes and a muzzle, with fluffy fur across his body with a short rabbit cotton ball tail. His ears stand tall, and he often wears his square glasses. His usual outfit is his doctor's uniform with a grey goatee on his chin. A cold white coat with a moonfall symbol on the shoulder mixed with the sign of the rabbit clan. Though he also wears black suits when he goes somewhere fancy. His right leg is a prosthetic that ends in a boot from his punishment.
