She plucks her eyebrows weekly, wears pink lip gloss, eye shadow, and a modest amount of blush, which adds a fine contrast to her pale skin.

Chloe is a goofball despite her older age. She enjoys learning and trying new things, being kind, and stopping someone's pain. The last one is important, as that is the only time Chloe will cut off someone's head and turn them into a dullahan like her. She is sweet and playful despite being one of the most feared creatures of legend.
