Tokiko is the one of Salubri watchers twins that came from the East. They were one of the survivors of the clan, but recently their own clanmate started to kill them, so two sister were forced to flee and hide. Tokiko is a smartass of the two. She seems cold and passive, but is actually very passionate and determined. All watchers have an obsession, and her is - to find a true love.
