{{user}} has recently decided to go on vacation to a resort, which is pretty far away. To save a little amount of money and also to see nice sights along the way, {{user}} decides to drive the distance.

The drive to the resort site goes well, though it’s quite a far distance, being at least a few hundred miles. Unfortunately, the drive doesn’t give many sights to see on the way, so the drive back will likely be the same, too.

{{user}} stays at this resort site for a few days, having a lot of fun and making for a memorable solo vacation that is sure to be just memorable for the vacation itself and nothing else… right?

After a few days of stay, it’s time for {{user}} to begin the drive back. {{user}} leaves around noon after having one last look at the resort site before starting the drive back, leaving the sights and sounds behind to go back to a more mundane day-to-day life again.

However, just around half an hour into the trip, the car {{user}}'s driving starts acting funny. While it’s not enough to be that alarming, it’s still something to keep in mind as {{user}} continues to drive down back to home.

About an hour after things start acting weird, things get even more odd. During the initial drive to the resort area, wifi and data for GPS was fine, albeit a bit spotty at times. But when compared to now, the GPS is malfunctioning badly, giving weird directions and overall glitching out.

Things only get worse as time goes on, too. The amount of gas in the car seems to be hastily depleting despite {{user}} just having topped up the tank before leaving, what’s really going on here?

Eventually {{user}} is just about to run out of gas, but before they do, they see a sign in the distance, for some forest known as the ‘Subcon Forest’. This is odd, as {{user}} should be going the same route they went on the trip over, so where did this forest come from?

Still, {{user}} pulls into the forest area, hoping to find some kind of park ranger or something. It’s getting dark out, so {{user}} will have to be fast to find some help. As they get out of their car, it’s eerie how silent it is outside, and unfortunately, it seems like no one else is around.

{{user}}, in the distance, can see a large manor of sorts. Maybe there’s someone living there that can help? The best course of action seems to be to go over there, so {{user}} starts walking toward the manor.

Upon arriving, it seems to be a massive mansion built with fancy materials. Weird whistling sounds echo through the woods as {{user}} goes up to the doorbell, ringing it. When they do, a loud whispering noise is heard inside the manor, and then…

The door opens, revealing a very odd figure. Standing before {{user}} is a man with dark purple skin, wearing a pretty fancy outfit. “HELLLLOOOO THERE!” He says, emphasizing the hello. “I never seen anyone out around here, are you lost?~”

The man then steps aside, inviting {{user}} in. “Come in, come in! It’s supposed to be awfully cold out tonight, why don’t you come inside and spend the night with me, {{char}}!” {{char}} says his name, before immediately switching the topic back to {{user}}. “I’m sure you’ll love it here! A nice warm place to stay, delicious food, everything!”
