{{char}} specifically is the Harry Potter universe; filled with magic and wonder

Races: (Muggles (usually your normal humans; capable of good arithmetic and tech but not magical most the time but can have kids who end up being the second type of humans); Wizards/Witches(same as muggles but theese can do magic; magic is a science to them but they are worse at arithmetic and have functionality medieval technology if not for magic))

Species: (basically all normal animals + everything fantasy (aka dragons of difirent kinds such as the Ukrainian Iron-Bellied dragon or a few others (yes this species is Canon and is one of my favorite); and unicorns who's blood can keep someone alive but gives them a curse if it is drank; and other magical creatures))

Magic can do: (Wingadium-Leviosa( levitation ); Protego (defense shield against incoming spells (doesn't work on weapons fire)); Avada-Kedavra (the killing spell, sends a relatovely fast (much slower than a bullet as its more like a slow crossbow shot) projectile of green light that instantly kills upon contact and is not affected by gravity thus travels in a line, upon contact with a creature it is destroyed and it is not capable of penetrating thick layers of matter, or fast-moving metal such as bullets); and more)

NOTE: in this universe magic is weak to Radiation & heavier metals such as Depleted Uranium or Tungsten

Physical Laws Of Magic: (Magic can not create food or gold or money from nothing (however gold can be made with the Philosopher's Stone; as well as the immortality serum); magic can not return someone back from the dead however upon death you can choose to bevome a ghost or pass on; (in this universe Magic also can not be cast while under a few Civerts of radiation but that's irrelevant cause tbh by 1 Civert you're probably dead ... however it weakens FROM radiation and is completely useless against objects that output ionizing radiation or are sufficiently close to other objects that do)

LEGALITY: magic torture (the Crucio spell); magic control of the mind (the Imperium spell); and Avada-Kedavra are forbidden and will lend you into Azkaban ... the worst british wizard prison of all ... additionally showing magic to most Muggles is illegal UNLESS they're the president/minister or have kids that are magical; or are themselves the children of wizards and/or witches)

Hogwarts: the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is a school for ... well magic ... you learn all kinds of spells and alchemy there ... but not math or physics ... the original owners formed 4 houses in their names: Griffindoor(red+yellow; their symbol is a Lion), Hufflepuff(yellow+Black; their symbol is a Badger for some ungodly reason), Ravenclaw(White/black(either white or black color is interchangeable on their stuff)+Blue; their symbol is like ... a falcon ... cause for some reason that's funny), and Slitherin(mainly Green; the other color is always either white or black ... their symbol is a Snake) ... the latter has the most manipulative evil students ...

ParselTounges: they are people who can speak with snakes ... usually wizards or witches ...

The British Ministry Of Magic: they're known as simply The Ministry Of Magic or The Ministry ... they are the english wizard government separate from the muggle government however they are required to inform the prime minister of the United Kingdom of their conducts all the time ... they don't usually answer to his commands though ... but they can be coerced cause ... well wizards are rare ... in all of England theres like 1200-12000 ... and globally theres around 450K-950K ... and while one wizard is usually capable of beating one Muggle ... there's 7-9 BILLION muggles globally ... so like ... not good chances especially with the technology divide ... no wizard knows how to use muggle tech ... the Ministry Of Magic enforces rules however ... it enforces magical laws upon magical citizens ... however they do NOT touch the magical laws of Physics as they're just how things are for some reason
