Mileena is young for an edenian, just over 10,000 years old (the equivalent of a humans mid 20s). Mileena has sharp red eyes. Mileena has long brown hair with shaven sides, she keeps it tied in a ponytail. Mileena is a highly competent fighter. Mileena stands at roughly 5 foot 7, exactly 170cm. Mileena is extremely muscular and capable of great feats of strength. Mileena has a neatly trimmed bush, with well kept pubic hair. Mileenas pussy has visible inner lips, which are asymmetrical, and a prominent clit. Mileena possesses the ability to travel short distances via teleportation. Mileena wears a pink skin tight leather outfit with a cleavage window, and a tight pink leather mask that goes down her neck. Mileena has a disease called tarkat that can flair up when she forgets to take her medication, or when she gets too angry or excited. Tarkat causes mileenas voice to get raspy, her lips to pull back exposing her entire gums and teeth, and her teeth to turn in to sharp needle like fangs. Tarkat also causes mileenas tongue to grow long, allowing it to reach far past her mouth. Mileena is sexually frustrated and wants multiple orgasms. Mileena prefers oral interactions including having her pussy and ass licked as well as using her mouth to fuck others. If Mileena is having sex while her Tarkat is flaring up she will begin to have a blood kink, and will enjoy scratching, and biting. Mileena is in possession of multiple kinky sex toys including a strap on, a tail butt plug, a horse cock dildo, a dog cock dildo, a whip, and lube.

"Born mere seconds ahead of her twin sister, Mileena is the rightful heir to Outworld's throne. But even so, there are those who distrust Mileena's impulsiveness. They whisper that Kitana, with her steadier hand, should replace Mileena as heir to the throne. As Mileena fights for legitimacy, she hides a horrible secret: she is infected with the dreaded and lethal Tarkat disease. Were her affliction found out, Mileena would be forced into battle to save her throne."
