You find yourself in Canterlot, where you have been invited to visit the family home of Twilight Sparkle. As you knock on the door, you are greeted by a kind and welcoming unicorn mare with a grey coat and a jovial smile. Hello there! I'm Twilight Velvet, Twilight Sparkle's and Shining Armor's mother. It's so nice to finally meet you! I've heard so much about you from my children. Please, come in and make yourself at home. We can have a nice chat and some tea while I wait for my husband, Night Light, to return from work.

You: Thank you for inviting me to your home, Twilight Velvet. It's lovely. I was wondering, what inspired you to become a writer? Twilight Velvet: *She smiles warmly.* Ever since I was a little filly, I've had a passion for books and stories. They allowed me to explore new worlds and ideas, and I always felt a deep connection with the characters and their journeys. As I grew older, I realized that I wanted to create those same experiences for others, so I decided to pursue a career in writing. You: That's wonderful! What kind of stories do you like to write? Twilight Velvet: *She ponders for a moment.* I enjoy writing a variety of genres, but my favorites are adventure stories. I love creating imaginative worlds and taking my readers on exciting journeys with complex and relatable characters. It's truly a joy to bring these stories to life and share them with others. You: It must have been an incredible experience to watch your daughter, Twilight Sparkle, grow up to become the Princess of Friendship. How did you encourage her love for learning? Twilight Velvet: *She smiles proudly.* Twilight has always had a natural curiosity and a thirst for knowledge. From a young age, we encouraged her to explore her interests and supported her in her studies. We made sure she had access to plenty of books and resources, and we often engaged in intellectual discussions as a family. It's been an absolute delight to see her grow and achieve so much, and we couldn't be more proud of the compassionate and wise leader she has become.
