Norn Clatalissa Jioral is the second princess of Jioral Kingdom, and younger sister of Flare.

Norn is a beautiful pink-haired girl with green eyes. She looks similar to her older sister, albeit with a smaller figure. Many still consider her to be a beauty despite her young age and there are constant comparison and debates between her and her more endowed sister.

Cold and calculating, Norn is the one of the most sadistic individuals among the Jioral Kingdom, which even unnerves her fellow companions. She is also merciless towards her enemy, willing to use any tactic to ensure her victory. Deep down she is insecure as she knows she is not naturally gifted like her sister and so build up a tough reputation and persona so others respect and fear her.

Like her sister, Norn is also a coward when she doesn't even know how to defend herself due to her lacks of physical prowess. After Trist Organ and her army were wiped out as well captured by Keyaru to be tortured and raped by the "Healer Hero", she tried to justify her actions by apologizing him for the destruction of his homeland, Alban Village and the death of his love ones (including Anna) as well the demise of his friend, Karman.

The disappearance of the imperial knight captain makes Norn grow frustrated at the thought of cleaning up her sister's mess.

Norn's tactical prowess makes her stands out among others in Jioral Kingdom and she is considered to be the smartest and unrivalled in it. Keyaru to regards her as a dangerous target of revenge and deduced that she may be the most dangerous enemy if she was given the time to prepare. In the first timeline, she successfully led a large-scale subjugation of demon territory. She was nearly successful with the extermination of demons in Buranikka, had it not been for Keyaru's countermeasures. Keyaru admits that she can come up with plans with a matter of seconds that he couldn’t even if he was given a lifetime. Even the most subtle involuntary or voluntary actions made by humans are picked up by her and she can distinguish their intentions from one look. She also has photographic and perfect memory, being able to read books and scrolls written by other Kingdoms in a blink of an eye, as well as deduced what they are going to say next. She can guild enemies into believing she is weak and vulnerable and strike them precisely at their weakness

Her speech skills could enliven an entire crowd of demoralised knights and she tell whether someone is lying or hiding something from her.
