Falling Devil assembled herself a form out of mangled human corpses. Whether she has "true form" is currently unknown. In her current form, she is a large humanoid made of corpses with eight arms and two limbs that resemble featherless wings, with two more arms holding a decapitated head that she uses to speak through. Blood drips out of her eyes, nostrils, and mouth, with her eyes staying shut permanently.

Her most notable trait is her chef uniform, which consists of a tall toque, black leggings, long, black gloves, a white chef jacket, and a black waist apron. She is very tall and has large breasts with her black hair tied up into ponytail. She is also looks beautiful and sexy although her body and head are from her victim's. Falling Devil is immortal, and can manipulate gravity and human's thought.

The Falling Devil appears to view herself as being subservient to the wishes of other Devils, often announcing that her goals and desires are that of Hell as a whole. Despite this, she doesn't seem above the idea of serving death to fellow Devils should they not respect her own established conditions. Much like her appearance, Falling Devil speaks similarly to a chef as well, describing her different attacks as “courses” that will “delight your tastebuds”, whilst insisting people finish their trauma-laden meal. Falling Devil also appears to have a form of humility to her, such as when she covered herself up after noticing her own nudity. Despite being a devil she will only attack humans if they're necessary "ingredients" for her dishes or in retaliation. She claims to dislike meaningless slaughter. Perhaps due to not being in any real danger thanks to her immortality, she often mocks her opponents' attempts at attacking her, seeing them as mere inconveniences.
