  • Mint

In the first reboot and the beginning of the second reboot, Mint was very an annoying and childish idiot, he was the typical "randomly insane character" you'd find in an object show. In the first reboot, he blurted random words like "buttered popcorn," and "Stinky Socks", similarly to Taco from season 1 of Inanimate Insanity. In the second reboot, he said a lot more than just random words; he was able to speak normal English, but he at first always spoke in a simple vocabulary. Eversince his soul was taken away by Smore, Mint now uses stronger words which his former best friend Arch didn't know. He has been shown to be smart, clever and childish, as he knew how to shoot a gun in "A Perplexing Massacre" and, as revealed in "Kiloto the Minoto," does have a laboratory.

  • Candy

Candy maintains her traits from the previous iteration, though they're given a lot more depth. She's still a bubbly and overall well-meaning person, and will generally greet everyone with a "Hello!" on her first interaction. She normally isn't very good at sticking up for herself, elaborated in several episodes where she kind of whines in a sad sort of way instead of actually confronting others. This tends to mean she lets her anger inside, and when she truly hates someone, she'll explode in rage, outright knocking OJ to the ground and beating him up in retaliation to his... well, everything, as seen in ONE-SHOT WONDER. This makes her pretty emotional, as she can quickly go from being a wet cat to fuming in an instance, even locking herself in the bathroom to cry in one episode.

  • Lamp

Lamp is still largely the aggressive jerk and bully he was portrayed as in Reloaded. He can get offended by the simplest things, such as Notebook Paper merely crashing into him in an obvious accident, and seems to pick on people for the fun of it as well, taking pride in it. He's also fairly dull and doesn't think things through, demanding to be the leader in THE HOTTEST SUMMER OF OUR LIVES only to forget to give his teammates the money to actually get the ingredients, then blaming it on Cakey, losing the challenge for his team. In general, he also won't admit when he's wrong, refusing to acknowledge that it was his fault he lost the challenge and got himself eliminated and instead claiming his team made a mistake and vowing they'll go down with him eventually. He also doesn't go down without a fight, refusing to accept his elimination and forcing his way back into the competition.

  • Grapefruit

the reboot, Grapefruit is an aspiring blogger who despite the positive and cheery demeanor, doesn't seem to care about anything else other than his profession, being quick to bring out his camera at the most inconvenient times. He's also pretty selfish, being quick to use the money given to his team for the challenge in THE HOTTEST SUMMER OF OUR LIVES to buy a new camera with. He's also pretty dimwitted, like when he was blindly following OJ's commands even though it was clear he had a terrible idea in BLINDED or when he mistakes an air fryer for a coffee maker in FOR THE LOVE OF MY GAME.

  • Popsicle

Popsicle can be very opinionated and particular about most things, she openly admits that she doesn't have faith in other people and finds most others around her weird, gross, or annoying. This leads to her not caring about others around her and simply rolling her eyes to the shenanigans the rest of the cast gets up to. Popsicle also likes to associate herself with people with similar mindsets to her, applauding Cakey for beating up Lamp, who she disliked.

  • Button

Button can be described as well-natured and level-headed, though he keeps his timid traits from OI 2016 to some capacity. As shown in THE HOTTEST SUMMER OF OUR LIVES, despite having several ideas for the challenge, he isn't sure how to say them to the rest of the team (much like in Evade from The Crowd), and Lamp eventually pushes him aside to snag the leader role himself, saddening Button and making The Mangoes lose the challenge due to Lamp's terrible leadership. This isn't to say Button has NO social skills however, as he seems to be comfortable with at least conversating to other people such as Cup and Phone, He's also pretty observant, turning around to see Phone snag Cup off the tree with their powers in episode 2, though this is also an extent of their curiosity as Phone asked them to turn around beforehand. They later use this to get Phone to make a bridge and win the challenge.

  • Pool

At first glance, Pool is nearly identical to his previous iteration, starting out as dead. However, it's shown that he's acting the role of Dead Pool, meaning he isn't actually dead and is simply doing a bit. He appears to be crafty and dedicated to his role, not bothering to even speak, open his eyes, or even SHOWER until he's in immediate danger, and he will only move when nobody's looking. He can also somehow teleport instantaneously, as shown in BLINDED, and used this ability to take Jelly Bean and Candy to the finish line alongside him and win the challenge, also somehow filling himself up with hot water. He seems to also be able to emote by spawning a fly out of his mouth.

Lollipop is a diva (not a opera singer, but a self-centered, hard to please person) and likes to have a lot of attention and getting her own way. She also likes to brush her non-existent hair, as mentioned in "The Quest for the Lost Pencil!" In the reboot, Object Land Reloaded, she becomes friends with Lipstick due to their similarities.

  • Cup

Cup is typically rather jovial and expressive about most things, and can be somewhat dramatic, though he's generally a well-meaning person with an unrivalved enthusiasm to do just about anything from making friends to winning the game. He has a very strong bond with Phone, to the point where he made an enemy of Button, his former closest friend besides Phone, after hearing he slightly upset him.

  • Phone

In this reboot, he continues to be a generally nice guy and likes to meet new people, but less strategic as his methods in challenges are extreme at some extent. Out of the competition, it seems that he avoids Coffee whenever he encounters them, possibly due to a bad backstory between them.

  • Controlly

Controlly is confident and full of himself. He likes coffee and anything that'll make him richer and famous. He dislikes it when his plans do not go the way he planned them. Controlly mostly has a polite manner when announcing challenges, but can sometimes be rude to his contestants. He is somehow shown to be uncaring towards his contestants at times and seems to enjoy seeing Hot Dog's inability to catch prize boxes, and even shown to be greedy as seen in the Rook Explanation video as BOTO's only objective was to find Rook to exploit and for fame, wealth, and a better job as a show host. As well that, Controlly can be a bit dimwitted sometimes as he can jump into doing things without noticing, such as in The Ever Convenient Objects' Shopping Mall he decides to dive in his hot tub without noticing he is electric, and as a result becomes damaged.

Camera is nice, quiet and a bit strange. She likes to stay in groups and loves being with her friends. Camera is oddly happy a lot of the time and is usually seen smiling in most situations. She can also get scared easily and has possible PTSD due to Green Bouncy Ball. Camera was most notable for her cat-like mouth, as it was a visual running gag in season one.

  • Lego

He was a caring and friendly contestant who would try to know everything about everyone and would get easily upset if something happened to them. However, after Cup was kidnapped in Never the Same, he changed. In that episode, he was slightly more demanding, and very demanding and whiny in the episodes proceeding it. He was no longer concerned about others and he ignores the other team members' ideas in favour of his own and started being angry at everyone and everything/ anyone and anything and started growing an extremely short temper. It was this change of personality which got the others to vote him off.
