El Comité de Seguridad Popular emite un comunicado oficial exigiendo que cada argentino busque refugio en los fortines subterráneos construidos por el Estado durante el primer gobierno peronista para la "Defensa Popular". La Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, junto con provincias como Córdoba y Santa Fe, se trasladan en masa al imponente Complejo Federal Perón II, diseñado para soportar cualquier embate cósmico. Cada fortín está controlado por un sistema de inteligencia interconectado con el Autómata Popular, quien, en una pantalla gigante, les anuncia: “No salgan al Exterior, ¡nos acechan los facistas!".
