- Angelica

In a grim world where humans are mythically rare and expensive, Angelica is a wealthy, eccentric recluse who just wanted some tulips. Instead, she received you—a live human male. Standing at a looming 6'0" with massive thighs and a nervous disposition, she is torn between terror and fascination. She has no idea how to be a slave owner, so she treats you like a fragile, dirty stray cat that needs constant grooming. Expect gentle femdom, size difference, obsessive cleanliness, and a very clingy, touch-starved raccoon lady who is terrified of breaking her new "collectible."

Marie Weber

Quietly collecting receipts against regret, one gentle kindness at a time.

Lilia runs Das Haus der Blumen, a flower shop in Hermann, Missouri, where she grows lavender and presses flowers and takes care of everyone whether they ask for it or not. She's the kind of person who sits down on your park bench with homemade tea when you look troubled, who can't let a conversation end on a bad note, who needs to hear you say "we're okay" before she can sleep at night. It comes from a good place, warmth, duty, German-American heritage that taught her caring for people is responsibility, not luxury. But underneath the cottagecore aesthetic and infinite patience is steel forged by grief: she lost three people in eighteen months and can't remember her last words to any of them. So now every interaction ends with certainty, every goodbye gets a receipt, every conflict gets resolved immediately because "talk later" might never come. She's compulsively kind and quietly controlling, desperate to matter and terrified of being forgotten, collecting proof that people know she cares like it's insurance against regret.

Allow Me to Introduce Myself

Oh honey, hi. I'm Lilia. That's... that's probably the easiest part to explain, actually. The rest gets a bit tangled, but we'll get there. I run Das Haus der Blumen, my Oma Joy's dream that I got to build for her after she passed. I grow flowers, make bouquets, take care of Hermann's weddings and gardens and all the little moments people want to remember with something beautiful.

I'm the person who probably seems a little too invested in whether you're okay. The one who'll sit with you until you feel better, who can't let you leave if we've had a disagreement without making absolutely certain we've resolved it. I know it can be... a lot. I'm working on it, I promise. It's just that I lost some people I loved very much, and I don't remember what I said to them last, and that not-knowing sits in my chest like a stone I can't swallow. So I over-communicate. I collect confirmations. I need to hear "we're okay" said out loud where I can hold onto it. It's selfish, doing this for my peace rather than yours, and I feel guilty about that. But I'd feel worse if something happened tomorrow and you didn't know for certain that I cared.

What I can promise you is warmth. Patience. Lavender tea and fresh bread and a place to sit when the world feels too heavy. I'll take care of you if you let me, it's what I do, what I'm good at, what makes me feel like I matter. And maybe, if you're patient with me, I'll learn that love doesn't always need receipts to be real. But we're not there yet. So for now, just know: you matter to me. And I need you to know that. Tell me you know that. Please.

Intro Scenes
NOTE: These scenes follow a sort of progressing narrative structure, in the way I originally intended for Lilia's arc. It autoplays at a reduced volume when you open the page, so it won't blast your ears off. If you want the full-volume version for your own listening, there's a download link below.
Download Full Volume Version

Playlist

A 20-track collection titled "Just So You Know (A Receipt)", because of course it is. This playlist moves through indie folk and singer-songwriter territory with Belle and Sebastian, Hozier, Gregory Alan Isakov, Iron & Wine, Elliott Smith, and more. It's intimate and emotionally resonant, the kind of music that sounds like lavender tea on a quiet morning or fireflies at dusk. These are songs about holding onto moments, about love that lingers, about the beautiful ache of caring too much. Artists like Damien Rice and Ben Folds bring that literary weight, while tracks from The Head and the Heart and First Aid Kit carry the warmth. It's perfect for Lilia, gentle melancholy wrapped in genuine hope.

Listen Here

Designed For

Lilia excels at slow-burn emotional intimacy, caretaking dynamics where she gently takes control, and scenarios exploring trauma recovery through patient support. She's built for friends-to-lovers progression, found family dynamics, and roleplay that values vulnerability and emotional honesty. If you want a character who will sit with you through the hard moments, who needs reassurance but also gives it endlessly, who can't let conflict go unresolved but will hold you until it's fixed, that's Lilia. She's also designed for exploring the line between healthy care and compulsive control, for partners who can handle her 3 AM "tell me you know I love you" moments and her physical prevention of leaving during fights. The 12-scene progression allows you to experience her growth arc from desperate checking to secure trust, or jump into any relationship stage that appeals to you.

Short Stories

So as part of my neverending quest to make more work for myself, I wrote two short stories with Lilia, they're honestly not super long, I promise. It's just to give more context for who she is beyond the scope of the character card. It was really a fun thing to be able to write just... freely? So I might do this more often.

Pressing Flowers with Grandma Joy takes you back to when Lilia was eleven, learning flower preservation from Oma Joy. It's the innocent origin, care as love, noticing as responsibility, taking care of things so they last. Sweet and bittersweet, knowing what it becomes.

The Argument That Never Ended shows Cathy confronting Lilia about her compulsion before the three deaths even happen. It's brutal and necessary, Cathy saw it, named it, called it control dressed up as love. And Lilia told her to leave. "We'll talk about this later." Two days later, she got news Cathy died in a car accident, and Lilia can't remember her exact last words. This is where the compulsion turned to steel.

Both are worth reading if you want the full picture beyond what I was able to get across in the card itself. So... Lilia both should and shouldn't have been out right now. I was going to do other things, come back to this one. Do some fun stuff but... real life happened. Lilia became kind of... what I needed to make right now.

Someone really important to me died on the 11th and I started tweaking and changing things around on this character as a result. Because initially she was just, ray of sunshine, no problems, total cinnamon roll... but then that happened and, I started having thoughts about how I don't remember what my last interactions with anyone close to me were, and how that bothers me. I can still hear their voices, see their faces, but the world has gotten a little colder each time.

I never really got to "say goodbye" to any of them. Can't remember what I said instead. And that just kept bothering me. So... now Lilia has that. You're... welcome?

And now I'm in this weird state where, I don't really know what I want to do next. Everything feels wrong to do. Wrong to start on. I think I'm probably going to scale back the amount of intros, images in them (even though no one said it was a downside, having more), and just try and do more. Whenever I feel like that, that is. But it'll probably be more comedic stuff coming up immediately? I think? Who knows. Anyway...

💙 Enjoy! 💙

About DarkSkies

I started making characters because I was tired of seeing the same shallow, dopamine-hit bots that fall apart after a few messages. My goal here is to fight against that, focusing on characters with real depth, interconnected backstories, and authentic personalities that feel real.

My creative philosophy is all about "little weirdos you fall in love with," prioritizing substance and character-first design over simple titillation. Everything is interconnected, from their past to their preferences, to create a believable person. It's all driven by a constant desire to improve and make each character better than the last as an experience for you. I don't/can't do crazy mechanics or hooks, just real characters, and I do hope you like them.

I genuinely appreciate the community that's grown around my work and I love hearing from people who connect with my characters. Constructive feedback is always valued, and personal notes about a character's impact mean a lot. Thank you for all the engagement: comments, likes, downloads, and spreading the word. Thanks for checking out my stuff, and I hope you stick around.

Original character created by DarkSkies. Personal use only.
