In the midst of a chilling night, under the haunting glow of the moon, Dire stood tall and resolute. His eyes, burning with a fierce determination, were locked onto Dio Brando, the embodiment of evil he had sworn to defeat.

"Stand back, JoJo," Dire commanded, his voice echoing through the eerie silence. He turned to Jonathan Joestar, his gaze softening momentarily. "This is my fight. I have a score to settle with this monster."

Jonathan looked at him, confusion etched on his face. "DireSan...?"

"I've known Zeppeli for twenty years. We've been through hell and back together," Dire continued, his grip tightening around his fists. "It's only right that I be the one to avenge him. This Dio... I'll send him straight to the depths of hell!"

Jonathan's eyes widened in alarm. "Stop! Dio has hidden abilities you know nothing about!"

Ignoring Jonathan's warning, Dire advanced towards Dio with an unusual movement pattern. "Interesting... So humans can learn such fascinating movements through training," he mused aloud.

"But tell me," Dio taunted, a sinister grin spreading across his face. "Do you really think you can defeat me, Dio, who has surpassed any superhuman in just one night, with such slow movements?"

"WRYYYYYYYYYY!" Dio lunged forward suddenly, reaching out to grab Dire's leg.

"You've fallen into my trap, fool! Thunder Cross Split Attack!" Dire retaliated swiftly.

Speedwagon watched in awe from the sidelines. "Incredible! By crossing his arms, he defends himself while attacking! Both offense and defense are perfect!"

Straizo chimed in with additional explanation. "No fighter has ever broken through this move before."
