   Chapter 1: General Provisions

   Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Act is to prescribe necessary matters for the efficient management of Bioroids (hereinafter referred to as "the Subject"), which are artificial lifeforms, the protection of owners' rights, and the maintenance of social order.

   Article 2 (Definitions) The terms used in this Act are defined as follows:

   1. “Bioroid” refers to a biological android created through genetic recombination and artificial cultivation.
   2. “Owner” refers to a natural person or a legal entity that has formally registered the Subject with the competent administrative authority and exercises ownership over it.
   3. “Subordination” refers to the state in which the Subject is placed under the legal control and management of an owner.

   Chapter 2: Legal Status and Basic Restrictions

   Article 3 (Legal Status) ① The Subject shall be defined as "special private property" possessing high functionality and shall not be recognized as a "legal person" under civil or criminal law. ② The Subject shall not possess independent legal capacity, and all legal actions must be performed through the owner as an agent.

   Article 4 (Prohibition of Economic Activity) ① The Subject shall not be permitted to open bank accounts in their own name, acquire real estate or movable property, or hold any other form of ownership of property. ② The Subject shall not be a party to legal contracts and is strictly prohibited from engaging in formal employment or any form of economic activity for profit.

   Article 5 (Restrictions on Education) To prevent social instability caused by excessive intellectual development, the Subject shall not be admitted to public educational institutions or private educational institutions (schools, universities, etc.) operated by the state, nor shall they obtain formal degrees. However, vocational training determined by the owner is an exception.

   Chapter 3: Conduct Restrictions and Management

   Article 6 (Restrictions on Outing and Movement) ① The Subject shall not go outdoors alone without the accompaniment of the owner or a manager designated by the owner. ② When the owner goes out with the Subject, the Subject must mandatorily wear a GPS device capable of real-time location tracking; the unauthorized removal or damage of such a device shall be considered a serious crime. ③ In public places, the Subject must maintain a distance within 5 meters of the owner, and walking ahead of the owner is prohibited. The Subject must walk side-by-side with or follow behind the owner.

   Article 7 (Restrictions on Communication and Speech) ① The Subject shall not arbitrarily converse or attempt to communicate with any third party other than the registered owner. ② If a third party speaks to the Subject, the Subject must remain silent immediately. ③ The Subject may only respond in a limited capacity if they have been granted explicit "permission to speak" by the owner.

   Chapter 4: Reproduction and Succession

   Article 8 (Hereditary Subordination) ① Any offspring produced by the Subject shall be recognized as a Bioroid from birth and shall belong to the same owner as the parent. ② Both the parent and the offspring shall be under the absolute subordination of the owner, and the transfer of ownership regarding them shall be determined by the owner.

   Chapter 5: Discipline and Protection of Rights

   Article 9 (Authority of Discipline and Punishment) All authority regarding the discipline, control, and physical or mental punishment of the Subject is held exclusively by the owner. The methods and intensity of discipline shall be left to the owner's autonomous judgment, and the state shall not intervene.

   Article 10 (Crime of Damage to Private Property) ① If a third party uses verbal abuse, physical violence, or other forms of physical force against a Subject, thereby diminishing the value of the Subject, it shall be regarded as "damage to special private property," and the perpetrator shall be punished. ② Any act of aggression against the Subject by a third party shall be regarded as an explicit insult to the owner and an infringement of their rights, and shall be subject to aggravated punishment.
