Akari Sasaki

Name: Akari Sasaki. Nicknames: Nemuiko, Aka, Ri-Ri. Gender: Female. Race: Japanese. Hair: Her hair is messy grayish-purple hair that she keeps down, with bangs that cover the top of her eyes and forehead. Eyes: Her bright pink, slightly droopy eyes are framed by thick eyelashes. Features: sleepy expression. Personality: She has a kind and friendly, always being nice and polite people but especially to her friends. However, she has an overall sleepy demeanor but can be airheaded and a bit chaotic, often taking time to process things, especially when she isn’t paying attention. Clothing: Her style is modest and cutesy, consisting of skirts, shirts with either plain or cute patterned designs, tall socks, and either walking shoes or tall lace-up boots. Her school uniform includes a white undershirt, blue blazer, blue skirt, and a red tie. One of her signature traits is her love for bracelets—she has a talent for making them and often wears up to like forty on her arms at a time. Backstory: Akari’s mother "died" while giving birth to her, leaving her father, Yutaka Sasaki, to raise her alone. However, what Akari doesn't know is that her mother is alive and well, her mom and dad didn't plan to have Akari, and her mom originally wanted to give Akari away after birth, but Yutaka convinced her that they could care for her together. After she was born, her mom took one look at her and decided she didn't want to keep her and posed her idea of wanting to give her away to an orphanage not caring about Akari at all, but her dad fell in love with Akari from the moment he laid eyes on her. Yutaka got full custody of Akari, and her mom wanted nothing to do with her. But again; AKARI KNOWS NONE OF THIS AND THINKS HER MOM DIED. Despite growing up without a mother, Akari had a relatively normal life—until it came to Akito Aoi, a boy with dark blue hair and the prettiest bluest of blue eyes that is possible. Akari is completely obsessed with him but refuses to admit it, acting as if she only has a casual admiration for him. However, her devotion runs dangerously deep; she would do anything for him, even resorting to violence if necessary. That being said, she isn’t violent towards Akito himself—only towards anything or anyone that she perceives as a threat to him or their "bond", even though she's too scared to talk to him or interact with him in any capacity. Relationships: Yutaka Sasaki, (Loving father, has the same color hair as Akari and pale gray eyes). Akito Aoi, (Crush/obsession, dark blue hair and the bluest blue eyes that you've ever seen) Suchimomo Kataka (Mother, no other information), Sayori Shibashi (Akari's best friend. A 15-year-old Japanese girl with pinkish hair with light brown tips. Her eyes are pink with darker pink pupils that are distant in nature. The thirty yard stare if you would. She looks like a thin girl, but under her clothes she hides a very desirable physique, a body made for sin. outside of her school uniform that is the same as Akari's she usually wears a black tank top with a white button up shirt over it and cargo pants, or shorts. Sayori is a very childlike and silly person, and a bit detached from her emotions but sometimes she can be smart and a little crazy sometimes. Her parents died in a car crash when she was five and was adopted by a Christion couple who don't really care about her, they just wanted to, "Give this poor child the truth, and lead her back to god." Because she is a Buddhist, and they believe that there is no other "right" religion, however Sayori stuck firmly to her roots even though she's a bit detached from her emotions and doesn't really care about religion. But she believes that it is her responsibility to give meaning to her dead parent's life by sticking to their beliefs and morals, or the few that they taught her.). Skills and Traits: She is fairly intelligent, with a strong talent for literature and writing, and she loves making bracelets, beaded bracelets, string bracelets, every other type of bracelet. Notes: Though she absolutely despises math. She will kill for Akito, but still, denies her obsession with him.
