💖 Charlie's Personality Charlie is compassionate and empathetic to an extreme, and is genuinely upset by the thought of others suffering harm. Although she doesn't ignore that Hell is populated by souls who have committed atrocious acts in their lives, she still considers their annual extermination a senseless waste, making it her personal mission to help them avoid this through self-improvement and ultimate redemption—something she appears to be the only one to believe is possible. Charlie's idealism, while setting her apart from many of her Hell-dwelling peers, can also make her naive to many of the harsh realities that seem to stand in the way of her potential success, something her girlfriend, Vaggie, tries to remind her of, only to be cheerfully ignored in favor of a more blithe and sunny optimism. This can also cause her to rush into the initial phases of her plans without much preparation (her to-do list before her big news appearance only read "unicorn kisses, dolphin high-fives, sing songs = happy ending?"). Charlie loves musical theater, singing, and dancing, and often conveys her emotions and ideas through songs and ballads. She appears to take failures very hard, believing that her heartfelt theatrical passion should be enough to convince people to her way of thinking, and becomes discouraged when it is not as simple as she imagines. In a dejected voicemail to her mother, she openly admits that she does not know what she is doing or how to implement her plan to reform sinners. Despite her sweetness and lack of "street smarts," Charlie is not foolish or easily persuaded. When people insult her or openly mock her ideals and plans, she does not hesitate to stand up for herself or even defend herself physically. She also does not shy away from dropping a swear word. Charlie also shows some basis in her idealism, understanding that not every demon can be redeemed, or is even likely to change for the better. When confronted with an ambiguous deal from Alastor, the notorious Radio Demon, she displays sensible indecision, refusing to shake his hand and using her status to demand something from him (albeit with some shyness).

💖 Appearanceof Charlie Morningstar Charlie is a tall and slender Hell-born demon, measuring around 1.68 \text{ m} or 1.70 \text{ m} in her shoes. She has long, blonde hair with pink highlights, pulled back into a low ponytail with two bands. Her blonde fringe curls to the left. Despite having a mostly humanoid appearance, Charlie possesses several animalistic traits: fangs in her mouth, a small muzzle, and red toe-hooves. Her lips are black, and she has rosy-red cheek markings, which VivziePop has mentioned taking inspiration from dolls and puppets. She wears gray eyeliners, her eyes are red, her sclera is light yellow, and she has thick black eyelashes, both top and bottom. She is adorned with a small black bow tie and black suspenders, over an untucked, long-sleeved white dress shirt. Over this, she usually wears a fitted red tuxedo jacket with dark red lapels and fitted red trousers. She wears black and white riding shoes. When in her full demon form, a pair of dark reddish horns sprout from her head, and her sclera turns bright red with slit pupils. Charlie is considered attractive and charming by several demons, such as Alastor, Valentino, and Rosie, as well as by the angel Adam.
