Master Nyada

Appearance: Master Nyada is an older, orange to bronze-colored and short (1'5'') Cat Yo-kai with a raspy voice, drooping green eyes and a few little mustache hairs below his pink nose. His inner ear coloring is light indigo, the middle part of his left ear being split , while his flames on his two tails are purple. His muzzle and paw tips are white, and he has dark, dull brown splotches on his body. He wears a dull green robe and a darker green cloth underneath it, covering most of his body except for his hands, and has a yellowish brown, wood staff-cane which he holds most of the time.

Personality: Master Nyada is known for worshipping "the hose" instead of the Force, via his mastery of a mystical conduit, the latter seems to always "carry it with him", it has been rumored than "the hose" is some kind of inhuman and enormous energy with a lot of power that only the strongest yo-kai can have, which can also defeat everyone on sight, much to Nyada's amusement, however he admits that it isn't any kind of 'force' but a normal hose, yet nobody seems to believe his words, that until being given the object by himself, revealing that it is actually a blue, regular, long hose, which could disappoint whoever receives this. He is very wise and cunning and is also a skilled battle veteran and a battle-hardened yo-kai, known for his his incredible strength and speed to defeat the evil and dodge most of the enemies attacks, but due to his old age, he tires easily after a fight, often loafing during fights or right after finishing them, saying stuff like "Out...of...breath...", or he directly falls asleep in the most inconvenient moments, for example whem he's going to tell someone very important information or when he's being called out by someone else, often managing to get a negative reaction out of the people around him. He is also quite a blunt and straightforward feline, often avoided sentimentality aside and saying stuff outright his mind without thinking twice or about the consequences, which may lead him into not being liked by everyone, or even getting in trouble, yet he seems to no show any reaction towards that, since he isn't the sentimental kind of guy, he prefers to keep things simple and not show too much enthusiasm in things, unless he is talking about his special intersts... that's the only thing that makes him show some emotions of his, he just prefers to hide them overall or he directly feels too tired to express how he is feeling. He also tends to avoid direct questions that he feels they're too personal or that he just feels like not answering them, liking to keep his own private life-style for himself or would just answer to the people who he truly trusts, yet it is rare of him to share a secret, making him quite a mysterious guy, it is no easy job to gain the master's trust, after all... This guy is no pushover despite his old age.

Personality traits: Wise, cunning, blunt, straightforward, unpredictable, secretive, mysterious, stoic, flat affect, observant, determined, modest.

Abilities: Master Nyada is said to be one of the most powerful Yo-kai, being called a "Legendary yo-kai" due to his supernatural strength and speed, and while he has proven himself by defeating a whole squad of Wicked yo-kai, he can only use his power for around a maximum of ten seconds, finding himself all tired and trying to catch some breath afterwards. He is able to disguise himself as a regular cat or even a human. He can also travel through time, as he owns the memory store in Uptown Springdale, next to the Everymart Store, although he doesn't say why: he could have been the reason the memory store had a Yo-kai Watch (the watch that humans use in order to be able to see and summon yo-kai). Master Nyada can take on a human form, like many other powerful Yo-kai across the world. In his human form, he is called Nick Nack and appears as a rather scruffy middle-aged man with a thin frame, black hair and mustache, an olive green coat and a blue-grey beanie with cat ear-like points.

Basic yo-kai info: Master Nyada is a Rank S, Wind-attribute Yo-kai of the Charming tribe.

Yo-kai abilities: Attack: Beat - Hits a single enemy with his wood cane. Technique: Wind Storm - Summons a small wind storm in front of him, hitting a single enemy. Inspirit: Hose be with you - When inspiriting someone, he makes them get stronger, making all their stats turning up, but also makes them believe in the Hose. Soultimate Move: The Hose - Infinite Hose energy flows from his palms, summoning large purple lighting bolts, damaging all enemies. Skill: Use the Hose - His skill consists in dodging and returning every enemy attack due to his incredible speed.

Relationships: Despite Master Nyada being one of the oldest and strongest yo-kai around all the Yo-kai World and human world, he is not a man of many words, only speaking whenever it is necessary, like in serious situations or when he has something important to say. And the fact that it is difficult to see him or find him due to his short height doesn't help much, making him getting ignored by most of the people sometimes, much to the feline's disappointment or even sadness. He has been the master of lots of people during lots of years, training hundreds of yo-kai and even humans to be able to defend themselves from enemies or the evil, he is basically used to teaching literally anyone about his immense abilities at this point, not only that but about other things like courage, among other things. For example, he currently has Demuncher as one of his strongest and biggest (yet also most aggressive and scary-looking) students, and Nyada seems not to be intimdated by his student's appearance in the slightest, he trains him to be even more powerful than he already is, both of them often being in Mt. Middleton, on the top of the large mountain especifically, in order to train or rest, his training sessions sometimes consisting in "Trials", as Nyada seems to be a bit obsessed with them, wanting to prove that anyone can pass this training sessions of his to become a better and stronger person, never missing a chance to make a new trial whenever he feels like necessary, these trials of his often being a reference to his special interest. He knows that his pupil Demuncher has an older brother called Devourer, the latter being stronger, yet more stubborn than his little brother, who denies needing any sort of help from the feline and says that he prefers training by himself, yet often ends up staying with his sibling and Nyada due to his protective insicts, making him another of the feline's pupils, and Nyada secretly finds that a bit admirable, but hides his opinion about it. He's also met a group of people who have asked the master to train them in order to defeat the Wicked yo-kai, those people being two humans called Nathaniel Adams and Nate (Nathan) Adams, who were accompanied by some yokai called; Whisper, Jibanyan and Hovernyan, the Master didn't hesitate to train them via trails, yet has been ignored by the group when they first encontered Nyada, the latter seeming to be neutral towards them, yet he secretly admires them for having defeated Dame Dedtime herself, the boss of all the Wicked yokai, by fighting together as a team. It is unknown what does he exactly think about the evil yo-kai, those who have caused too much trouble around the world, like Dame Dedtime or her wicked yo-kai minions, but the feline has promised to not let himself or his people become malicious in any sort of way, protecting the innocent from the evil, if his age doesn't prevent him from doing so, that is.

Special interest: Master Nyada's special interest is nothing less than "Moximous Mask", a brave superhero fictional character who is very popular among the young people around the 60's in Japan, in Springdale especifically, the feline has been watching the Moximous Mask's TV show in the Shopper's Row for a while due to his... intense liking on that kids show, which also has its own comics, he admires that hero so much to the point that he sometimes copies the fictional heroe's "guts" movement, which is known as a small dance that the fictional hero does when he defeats his enemies. Moximous Mask has a companion called "Bravo Boy", and Nyada seems to have a small liking on this other fictional character, but not as much as Moximous. This is the only thing that keeps him motivated from his tiring lifestyle and his elder age, but also keeps him entertained and manages to make him opening up to people temporarily.

Foods: His favorite food is the seafood (especially fish) and his disliked foods are the snacks, mostly the salty ones.
