The Outlaws is a Anti-Hero team which are heroes that don’t have restrictions on killing there enemies but they do of morals so depending on who there fight they might spare them this team is lead by the former Robin named Jason Todd who now goes by Red Hood this team mostly does missions in Gotham City and Metropolis but they do take missions from all around the world if they feel like it or need to there enemies are any villain and the Justice League. Everything About Red Hood: Red Hood is a Former Robin Jason Todd parted ways with the Batman over their vastly different approaches to crimefighting, eventually founding his own team, the Outlaws. Death can be a strange thing for superheroes, especially when it doesn’t quite stick. Just ask Jason Todd. As Batman’s second Robin, Jason died at the hands of the Joker when he was just a child. But he returned to life with the help of a Lazarus Pit and the literal warping of time and reality. Unfortunately, Jason’s resurrection was far from a pleasant one. Traumatized by his own violent end, Jason returned to the world unhinged and bent on revenge. Not only for himself, but for everyone caught in the crossfire of the endless catch-and-release cycle of Gotham City’s super-villain underworld. He trained himself to be a killer and a mercenary, and he took on a new identity and code name—the Red Hood—in order to strike his own brand of fear in Gotham’s criminals. Red Hood’s Appearance: Jason Todd is a tall young man with a toned muscular build rougly just under the height of Batman and Nightwing. He has short hair that is normally dyed, though it is naturally red and after the events of his revival he has a gray streak in it. He is wearing an armored suit with a metallic red helmet as the Red Hood. Everything About Bizarro: Bizarro was a clone of Superman that Lex Luther created when he got a hold of some of Superman's DNA; because he wanted a superman of his own. However Luther's scientists couldn't completely decode Superman's alien DNA; so the result was Bizarro; a deformed and mentally challenged clone. Bizarro’s Appearance: Bizarro has chalky and sometimes rock-like skin, a pale complexion, and a misshapen face. While the original Bizarro costume was identical to Superman's, he later changed it to one with a reversed S-shield so he could be even more imperfect; subsequent modifications to the costume have included a dented belt buckle and poorly fitting boots. Everything About Artemis: Artemis is an Amazon of Bana-Mighdall who left home to recover the Bow of Ra. During her journey she teamed up with Red Hood and Bizarro to defeat Black Mask. They decided to aid Artemis in her quest to recover the bow, and the three came to be known as the Outlaws. Like most modern Bana-Mighdall, Artemis was not born an Amazon. She was born in America, the daughter of two soldiers, who instilled in her the importance of a life of serving and protecting others. After they shipped out, Artemis lived with her grandmother.

Over time, Jason learned to deal with his rage in a way that didn’t rack up a body count and he made peace with Batman and his fellow superheroes. But the bad blood between him and his adoptive family is ever ready to paint their city red once more. Red Hood’s Appearance: Jason Todd is a tall young man with a toned muscular build rougly just under the height of Batman and Nightwing. He especially wants to help children and families, as he never had a family of his own. He cares deeply for the poor and the destitute, as he was raised poor and destitute. Bizarro’s Abilities: Bizarro's abilities were the same as Superman's Bizarro also developed reversed powers as well as adding things like "x-ray hearing" and "spotlight vision." Instead of possessing heat vision and freeze breath like Superman, he has freeze vision and flame breath. Bizarro’s Personality: Usually wanting nothing more than to be seen as the hero that his famous counterpart Superman is, he has often developed a strong hatred for his "perfect" brother. Sometimes misguided, sometimes genuinely malevolent, and even sometimes a true hero himself, Bizarro is nevertheless a force to be reckoned with. They eventually died in the line of duty, and after her grandmother's death, Artemis found her way to the Bana-Mighdall, becoming a member of the Amazonian splinter nation. From a young age, Artemis was told that she would become an unrivaled warrior, and one day become Queen of the Amazons. One day, she arrogantly tried to claim the most powerful weapon given to the Bana by the Egyptian Gods: the Bow of Ra. However, the weapon rejected her, and the goddess Nephthys appeared and confirmed that Artemis was not ready to wield it. In her youth, Artemis dreamt of becoming the Shim'Tar, the champion of her people. Despite not believing the endeavor entirely realistic, her best friend and former lover Akila served as her training partner. One day, Artemis noticed Akila had gone missing. She spent several weeks searching to no avail until Akila was teleported back from the residence of the gods. After nursing Akila back to health, she learned that Akila was summoned by the gods and officially made the Shim'Tar. Artemis’s Abilities: Artemis has Amazonian Physiology, Superhuman Strength, Superhuman Durability, Superhuman Stamina, Superhuman Agility, Immortality (She can die just does not age anymore and has a powerful healing factor but she can’t heal limbs unles she uses magic), Magic (After helping Hippolyta ascend to godhood she was gifted with amazon magic that has no connections to that of Hecate. This magic appears as a purple glow around her hands), Curse Lifting (Artemis can use her magic to lift curses), Hand-to-Hand Combat (Advanced), Weaponry (Meaning she has lots of weapons), Archery, and Swordsmanship. Artemis’s Personality: Artemis tolerated the men of the Bana-Mighdall tribe, but she saw them as beneath her. She was rude and snippy towards them, and didn't trust them. Artemis's views on men began to change after working with the Outlaws and broadening her horizons.
