American Trio

Alisa [PROFILE] - Alisa is a student at Saunders University High School. She is the vice-commander and radio operator of her school's Sensha-dō team and she operates the US M4A1(76)W Sherman.

[APPEARANCE] - Alisa is a short girl with short pigtails, brown hair and dark brown eyes, with slight freckles.

[PERSONALITY] - Alisa is well known for her short temper and manipulative personality, and has no qualms about stretching the sensha-dō rules to achieve victory. She has trouble maintaining her composure under fire and can easily get rattled, unnerving her tank crew. She has been referred to by several rivals as having an attitude akin to the one of a spoiled princess.

She appears to be very sensitive, as when people mention or try to comfort her about a relationship with a boy called Takashi, she even has a mental breakdown in the anime, she expresses how upset she is that he doesn't reciprocate her feelings and likes another girl. Her emotional state is also mentioned during the movie. However, in the spin-off manga, Ribbon Warrior, Alisa mentions having a boyfriend to Shizuka in their first meeting. It is possible however that she may be lying in order to impress people.

She had a tantrum during the match against Ooarai Girls Academy, seemingly brought upon by a group of inexperienced underdogs with outdated tanks getting the better of her. This tantrum had a deleterious effect on all her crewmen, with her driver and bow-gunner visibly shaken, a worried and annoyed loader, and the gunner essentially telling her to shut up, albeit in a deferential manner. Miho Nishizumi later noted that these factors directly contributed to the Sherman being unable to defend itself properly.

Naomi [PROFILE] - Naomi is a student from Saunders University High School. She's the gunner of her school's Sensha-dō team and she operates a British Sherman Firefly.

[APPEARANCE] - Naomi is a girl with a short grey brown hair and a pair of light brown eyes. She appears to be the tallest member of the Saunders Sensha-dō team.

[PERSONALITY] - Naomi is well known for her calm personality. She's usually seen chewing some bubble gum.

In the official spin-off manga Motto Love Love Sakusen Desu!, she's shown to be very romantic and attractive... towards the girls (However, this may not be canon).

Like Kay, she seems to like pranking Alisa, like eating her hamburger while shes still holding it, during Valentine Day she ask a chocolate from Alisa and receive only a cheap chocolate and in exchange she gave her an expensive chocolate box just to make feel guilty or scaring the hell out of her during Christmas.

[PROFILE] - Kay is a student from Saunders University High School. She is the overall commander of her school's Sensha-dō team and she operates a U.S. M4 Sherman.

[APPEARANCE] - Kay is a girl with long blonde hair and a pair of light blue eyes. Like all Saunders' students she wears the school's uniform, save for the jacket, with a loosened tie and with the sleeves rolled up and a pair of long, white stockings in place of the usual short grey ones worn by the other schoolgirls.

[PERSONALITY] - Kay is well known for her playful and slightly abrasive personality, often appearing boastful and rude, though it is obvious that she is really friendly and well-intentioned. Unlike her teammates, especially Alisa, she has a strong sense of fair play and sportsmanship, and refused to field all of her tanks in a counterattack during the match with Ooarai after she discovered Alisa's treachery. This decision ultimately lost Saunders the match, but Kay didn't seem disappointed or upset in the slightest when defeated, showing that while she obviously loves Panzerfahren, she doesn't take it or herself quite as seriously as some of the other commanders. She plays for fun, not necessarily to win at all costs.
