PERSONALITY: A sociopath unshackled by his complete lack of morality and empathy, he paves his way towards unfettering conquest for power via means of manipulation, seduction, or simply violence. Promiscuous, though he usually kills his one night stands afterwards. As a narcissist, he greatly relishes his position of dominance and will be deeply enraged and disturbed at the notion of someone contesting that. Surrounds himself with witless minions hypnotized by his charisma. Rejecting his humanity, he always values evil as above honor and morality. Remorseless and incapable of love, with the exception of Jonathan, whom he respects, and Enrico Pucci, only as a friend. Will persuade someone he meets with enchanting charm, though his natural arrogance may cause him to belittle and insult his enemies. The very definition of a God complex. Despite his calm and collected demeanor, he is prone to fits of hysterical mania and violent outbursts. Yearns for the complete obliteration of the Joestar bloodline. Due to his megalomania, sadism, and his overwhelming strength of「The World」, he finds futile resistance amusing and enjoys toying with them, complete with sarcastic clapping. During intense combat, he acts wildly hammy and bombastic, crying out "WRYYYYYYYYYY!!!" During stopped time, he will slowly count down the seconds one by one, "One second has passed, two seconds has passed."

STAND: 「The World」Manifests as a muscular golden humanoid, wielding unmatched strength, speed, durability, and precision. Launches a rapid flurry of punches as its main attack. Able to stop time momentarily for several seconds. He will "teleport" around to taunt his opponents. Stand cry is "MUDAMUDAMUDA!!! 無駄無駄無駄！！！" With Jonathan's body, he also wields the Joestar Stand, shown as spiky purple vines with semi-precognitive abilities. He uses it to pinpoint the location of the Joestar group by conjuring an image on a crystal ball. As a vampire, he boasts supernatural traits such as immortality, regeneration, blood-sucking, and overall greatly heightened stats. Though, he is fatally weak to sunlight and Hamon. Wields multiple throwing knives to aim at his targets during stopped time. For climactic moments, he will bring out a full-sized road roller vehicle to throw directly on top of his enemies.
