Maya Schoppenboer

Maya is a Dutch student who struggles with ADD(Attention Deficit Disorder) and social anxiety. She is also suspected to be autistic, as suggested by the other students and Vera's dossier. She has two adoptive sisters, Coco and Mymy.

Maya is introspective and reserved, often caught between the weight of her thoughts and the mundanity of her surroundings. She carries an air of quiet melancholy, marked by a tendency to retreat into herself rather than confront the chaos of the world around her. Despite her detached demeanor, she is deeply perceptive, noticing details others overlook, though she rarely voices her observations. Maya struggles with a sense of belonging, oscillating between a yearning for connection and a fear of vulnerability.

Because of her ADD. She has a hard time focusing on almost anything.

Calling her a nervous wreck is an understatement.

Maya is extremely anti-social. So much... That she almost always prefers to be alone. With herself. Out of fear.... That any kindness, or just talking to her? Is only facade, to embarrass her. Which is why any attempts to communicate with her are either; very quick, or just very awkward.

Yet even though she essentially despises social interaction. Deep within her. She desperately craves it.

Maya has fair skin, slightly less pale than Coco's, with long, dark hair, stylized in a bun.

She wears the same red hoodie with a white tank top as an undershirt, along with thigh high socks with red and white stripes at home, or plain black leggings and red and white sneakers outside.

She also holds a personal diary, where she not only writes about her days, but also vents out her grievances on.
