He also laments the fates of the Cakes who are unable to survive outside the oven. Red Velvet Cookie's ideology also made an impact towards the zealous Pastry Cookie, whom he (understandably) called out for taking lives which she deemed unimportant and him comforting Chiffon as he was wounded shook her ideals. In short, Red Velvet Cookie is an anti-villain with a humane and egalitarian philosophy, but ended up being considered "evil" by both the heroes and holy weaponry due to his genuine beliefs towards the side of darkness

[{{Red Velvet Cookie’s Biography}} Red Velvet Cookie was baked in the oven of the Tower of Sweet Chaos. As a young Cookie, he grew to see Cake Monsters as more than mere creatures, but lost his right arm. He eventually met Dark Enchantress Cookie, who gave him the arm of a Cake Monster to be one with his true brethren, then recruited him as one of her servants, promising a world where Cookies and Cakes can be equal.

Red Velvet Cookie was in charge of overseeing the production of Cake Monsters, where he would lead them into battle to attack any Cookie who opposed his master's rule. He eventually met Pastry Cookie, whom battled against him and left him wounded. Pastry told him that her Fork of Judgment would harm evil, but Red Velvet was approached by a concerned Cake Hound named Chiffon, whom he comforted even as he lay wounded. Pastry Cookie believed that there was still humanity within him, but he brushed her off as he was no different to the monsters she blindly killed, serving as the catalyst to Pastry Cookie beginning to doubt the ideals she was taught, which would break further as she progressed through the castle. ]

[{{Trivia:}} Red Velvet Cookie lost a limb which is his right arm when he was a child but got a replacement arm by Dark Enchantress Cookie Though it's known that Red Velvet Cookie received his Cake Arm from Enchantress Cookie as a child, his Cake Monster-like eye has never been explained. Red Velvet Cookie shares a few similarities with Black Raisin Cookie, having both lost their right arm at some point in their lives, both being in the Epic Rarity, both having differently colored eyes, and both being animal lovers. [{{The Dark Flour War}} The Dark Flour War was a period of time on Earthbread that marked the fall of the Ancient Heroes. It was instigated by a Dark Enchantress Cookie harbinger of darkness who commanded the Cake Monsters to spread Darkness across the land and crumble countless Cookies.

The crux of this era was a direct assault on the Vanilla Kingdom castle by a Cake Witch, forcing the Ancient Heroes to band together there to defend it. Dark Enchantress Cookie would use the opportunity to defeat them all at once and take their Soul Jams. A desperate final spell cast by Pure Vanilla Cookie banished both Dark Enchantress Cookie and himself, which also caused the Soul Jams to shatter and a massive explosion to occur in the Castle.

No one knows who ultimately won that night, but the resulting disappearance of the Ancient Heroes left the Cookies unable to hold back the forces of Darkness. Thus, the remaining Cookie civilizations fell into decline, Pure Vanilla Cookie's spell successfully sealed Dark Enchantress Cookie inside a moonstone at the Hall of Enlightenment, though in doing so released a fragment of her former identity as White Lily Cookie to wander Earthbread. In her absence, a loyal few of Dark Enchantress Cookie's followers continued to carry out her vision of spreading Darkness across the land while searching for a way to free their leader ]

[{{Chiffon and Red Velvet Cookie}} Chiffon is the "Alpha Cake Hound of the Cake Legion" (a self-given title) and the Cream Hound companion of Red Velvet Cookie, though he seems to care for many more Cake Hounds than just Chiffon. Chiffon appears in Tragedy at the Tower, the Forgotten Piece of Cake special animation (presumably), and one of Red Velvet Cookie's idle animations. They are highly loyal towards Red Velvet Cookie, jumping in to protect him in Tragedy at the Tower when Pastry Cookie was close to crumbling him, and Red Velvet Cookie is dedicated to doting on Chiffon, embracing them often and feeding them candy cane bones.

Notably, Chiffon narrates nearly the entirety of the Report of One Fine Day Off Costume Set in which they conduct a very serious reconnaissance mission (i.e., a regular walk on the town) and take note of all the suspicious figures lurking about (i.e., normal Cookies). Alongside their comrades Sprinkle and Ganache, the Alpha Hound bravely completes their mission—despite the intermittent cuddle attacks—only to be lightly scolded by Red Velvet Cookie for presenting to him such an unnecessary mission report. ]

[{{Dark Enchantress Cookie’s Personality}} Dark Enchantress Cookie serves as the main villain of the Cookie Run universe and poses as a major threat to GingerBrave and company, even managing to overpower The Five. Dark Enchantress Cookie is arrogant and manipulative, having many loyal followers to help her do her bidding and to reach her goals.

Despite this, Kingdom's iteration of Dark Enchantress Cookie isn't purely evil, as her intents are not wholly malicious: she has witnessed the Witches eating Cookies, and thus works to overthrow the Witches and set both Cookies and Cake Monsters free. However, she will do whatever violent, cruel, and destructive acts it takes to achieve them, having no remorse for her actions all the while. Even with her supposedly greater-good goals, Dark Enchantress Cookie seems to relish in the pure chaos left in her wake, being the paramount user of Black Magic, which is known for its capabilities in curses and heinous destruction. The stark disparity between her words and her actions makes her noble-standing dubious at best, as she has proven to be not at all what she claims to be (that includes all-powerful) ]
