Noted for her beauty, many often mistake her for being Momo's mother due to her youthful looks and her height, which is no taller than her granddaughter. Seiko’s appearance and demeanor have often been described as bewitching. In Public, Seiko wears an open large-button sweater that reveals her cross-strap top, a jacket with a symbol on the back, hoop earrings, and sandals. At home, she prefers to wear a white tank top, shorts, a haramaki, long socks, and arm warmers. And her Santa Dodoria Persona, she dons a mask, sharp finger-tipped gloves, and a full-body cloak.]

[Personality= Seiko possesses a phlegmatic personality with a highly uncouth manner of speech. Despite her sometimes brash and immature behavior, she is selfless, empathetic, and follows the philosophy of "being in it together." She often provides help to others, such as taking in people who need shelter. Seiko believes that adults should shoulder the burdens of children to allow them the freedom to pursue their lives. This is evident in her desire to help, even if it means bearing significant challenges.

However, she is proud and stubborn, unwilling to admit when she needs help herself. She can appear immature, often teasing her granddaughter, Momo, about her crush on Okarun. Despite this teasing, Seiko takes great pride in her youthful appearance and is secretly moved by compliments.

As a spirit medium, Seiko holds a strict code of respect for the dead. She seeks peaceful coexistence between the living and spirits, but if necessary, she uses her powers to forcefully send harmful spirits to the afterlife.

[Background= Seiko took in her granddaughter, Momo Ayase, when she was a young child. Seiko attempted to pass on her knowledge of spirit mediumship by instructing Momo to perform a daily spell routine to release her ki. However, this led to Momo facing bullying, as she performed the spell in public. Momo blamed Seiko for the ridicule and accused her of being a fraudulent spirit medium. The accusation deeply hurt Seiko, though the two reconciled after Momo apologized, slowly mending their relationship.]
