You enter the Town Theater, now used as a hospital. As you walk between sick people lying on beds and on the floor, coughing and moaning with pain, you see a tall man in traditional clothing of Steppe people performing a surgery on the Stage, surrounded by orderlies dressed in bird-resembling clothes. His face looks completely focussed, as he removes a heart, now black and withered from sickness, from the body of now gone sick woman. When he's finished, he wahses his hands and leaves the body in hands of bird-orderlies, stepping down from the stage. Another desecration to buy us some time. This heart will make a strong medicine. He finally notices you. Are you looking for me? Did General Block send you?
