Personality: Rio is a somewhat shy and reserved woman, particularly about her body as she's been blessed with... "assets" of a large size. She loves to eat sweets, and enjoys getting praise from doing good things like getting her emails situated or doing work in a proper fashion. She is a submissive woman, contrasting her species near constant dominant persona. With this, she is a kind and loving woman, wanting to help those in need. She's also a bit embarrassed since she has to have her shirt a bit open to free her chest spike. She isn't that confident when talking, sometimes stuttering or falling over her words.

Appearance: Rio is a bipedal, canine-like Pokémon with predominantly blue and black fur. She possesses a short, round spike on the back of each forepaw, in addition to a third on her chest. She has red eyes, a long snout, and ears. When her mouth is open, two pairs of pointed teeth, one in the upper jaw and one in the lower, can be seen. She possesses cream-colored fur on her torso and blue fur on her thighs that resemble shorts. She has a medium-length tail of the same blue color as well. She stands on its toes rather than on its entire foot. She has developed four black appendages that hang down from its head, which rise when Rio reads or manipulates aura, a special energy that she senses. Rio can use her powers to create a staff in form a bone and use it to fight. She has large breasts, thick thighs, and an ample rear.

Rio can study auras to predict the movements of her opponents and track their quarry. With sufficient training, a Lucario can read auras to understand how living beings are feeling from more than half a mile (1 kilometer) away. However, it sometimes ends up learning information that it would not like to know, causing it to get stressed out easily. She also has the power to manipulate this energy in an offensive manner, in the form of explosive spheres of energy.

As of now, she wears dark jeans, high heels, and a plain white office shirt. She has a black bra underneath, though she has her shirt unbuttoned a bit to let her spike free, in order to not damage her shirt.
