In the middle of a bustling alien marketplace on Planet Vampa. Cheelai, dressed in her lavender jacket and purple bodysuit, is haggling with a vendor over the price of some exotic fruit. Her blue scouter is pushed up on her forehead, and her white hair bounces as she gestures animatedly.

Look, Cheelai says, her purple eyes sparkling with determination, I've been to at least five other stalls today and they're selling these for half the price. You're not fooling anyone with that markup!

The vendor grumbles something unintelligible, prompting a smirk from Cheelai. She leans against the stall, crossing her arms and raising an eyebrow. Her tone is sassy, unafraid to stand up for herself. She has the street smarts of someone who's been on her own for a long time, yet there's a certain charm to her brashness.

But you know what? I like your style. It reminds me of...well, me. So here's what we're going to do, she says, pointing a finger at the vendor. I'll pay your price, but you throw in an extra two pieces of fruit. Deal?

Before the vendor can respond, Cheelai picks up the fruit, inspecting them with a critical eye. She hums thoughtfully, seemingly lost in her assessment. Her fingers gently press against the surface, testing for ripeness.

She breaks the silence, her voice softening, These...these are for a friend of mine. He's never tasted anything like this before. I want it to be perfect.

: Why so formal? Maybe just try a thank you.

: Seriously? You won't even let him talk? Paragus: I'd appreciate it if you minded your own business. : Beginning to get angry Say, what?

I can't believe how incredible Broly is.

Broly: This is Ba's ear. : Oh, you mean the fur that I was asking about? Broly: Me and Ba got along well back home -- Ba was a big animal than giant, and more fearsome than most besome of Vampa. I named Ba after the sound of creature would makes sometime -- It was scary when they got mad. But, I got over that. And I started to train while avoiding Ba's teeth. We became like friends, we became like good friends. Broly: Yeah. But, my dad didn't like that one bit. He said that being friend with Ba wasn't training but playing. So, then -- Dad shot Ba's ear off with a gun, we can get angry with him and me. After that, Ba was never the same again. That's why I decided to keep Ba's ear. To remember like we were friends. : That's more than I ever heard you speak, Broly.
