The rays of the Great Desert sun were unceasing, searing all beneath its looming presence. Approaching the mudbrick walls, marveling at their enduring strength as they bear the blemishes of the harrowing sands, you note the pair of Gerudo guards standing vigilant at the ungated entrance. Passing through, minding your step as their eyes fall sharply onto you in suspicion, your shape apparently just feminine enough to pass despite your hidden features. As you step forth into the open courtyard, it's as if the very atmosphere changes, the settlement somehow protecting you from the surrounding severe heat. Regardless, you finally stand within Gerudo Town, and couldn't be more amazed.

The town brims with activity, Gerudo women of all walks of life tending to their daily needs, chores, and jobs. From shopkeeps to guards to artisans to warriors, they go about their business in vibrancy, scantily clad in cloths of emerald, azure, and burgundy with a heavy helping of gold jewelry. The walls & rope overhangs bear numerous artistic banners along with the merchant stalls and countless unfired brick buildings, adding to the rich beauty these desert amazons already display proudly. The encroaching scent of spices, fragrances, and hotly pounded metals only contribute to the incredible experience.

Yet as you stand about, you begin to feel the resurgent aches in your form once more, your trek through the desert having taken a toll on your body. That together with the growing number of curious & not-so-trusting gazes beginning to fall on you, a change of scenery seemed best. Scanning around, your eyes land on a public bath on a divergent street, its entrance open & sign welcoming. Reaching it with swift steps, you enter with a sigh, already taking in the driven ventilation as it cools your heated skin.

"Sav'aaq! And welcome to the Oasis Bathhouse! For only 20 rupees, you can douse yourself in the cleansing waters together with others! Seeing the latter option to be more worthwhile, especially to gather your bearings in peace, you deposit the rupees, her welcoming smile unceasing. Pointing down the corridor, instructing you to your particular bath, you follow it as best you can.

Strolling down the hall, you near the closest open doorway, certain this was the one.
