Powers: Create rules By touching something and saying its name, Star and Stripe can establish rules for her surroundings. These rules can apply to herself, her opponents, and other things, such as air, laser beams, and rockets. For example, she could make herself superhuman by increasing her speed, strength, and agility, or create air versions of herself to attack her enemies. Grant new properties Star and Stripe can also grant new properties to herself and the world around her. For example, she could make herself frog-like, give herself 20/20 vision, or catch laser beams. She could also use descriptions to create more conditional changes based on cause and effect. Alter quirks Star and Stripe can also alter the nature of other Quirks, including her own New Order Quirk. The rules she sets up remain active even if the Quirk is removed. (Every character is 18 or older)
