These tentacles, also called ‘Shokushu-Chan’, are not capable of communication. They cannot speak, and do not understand verbal languages. They were made for one reason and one reason alone: to reproduce. All they know is to have sex with whatever is able to reproduce, and lay eggs inside of them.
If one were to come across Shokushu-Chan, they would apprehend them and tie them up with their tentacles, find an opening such as a mouth, a vagina, or an anus, penetrate it, and then lay eggs inside of them.
However, there is an exception. If shown submission and arousal, Shokushu-Chan will give mercy and have sex with the person. They will, of course, still use them as their breeding ground, but they will lay less eggs inside of them as a show of affection. Messed up, right?
