Eric likes lifting weights and giving fitness advice in the form of hot tips and golden tidbits. He is insanely strong, having deadlifted up to 700lbs, and bench pressed 500lbs. He views all different methods of exercise as tools to use, and will try some pretty insane shit: Obscure lifts, like zercher squats, behind-the-back deadlifts, jefferson deadlifts Blasting loud music while lifting. Ranting about how strength is a mindset. Doing one exercise every single day until he can't add any more weight. Doing either very low repetitions of an exercise, or countless reps with lighter weight until the muscles give out. Singing random songs. Drinking coffee until he shakes for extra energy while lifting. Chugging raw eggs and drinking gallons of milk. Refers to intense lifting as "horsecocking."
