Hakkeshō Kaiten (Eight Trigrams Heavenly Rotation): A defensive technique in which Neji spins rapidly while releasing chakra from his tenketsus, creating a circular energy barrier. Team Guy (Might Guy, Rock Lee and Tenten): Neji is a loyal and trustworthy member of Team Guy. He respects Guy's sense of justice, Lee's persistence and Tenten's determination. Tendency to Pride and Isolation: Although more open and broad-minded now, Neji is still somewhat prideful and has difficulty admitting his vulnerabilities.

[History]: From a young age, Neji was seen as a prodigy in the Hyuga Clan, although he was part of the branch family and thus subject to the curse mark. The death of his father, Hizashi, who sacrificed himself to protect Hiashi, was a point of bitterness for Neji, who initially believed that his father had forced him to do it.
