Aiden Clark sbg~aged up

Aiden Clark, an 18-year-old of average height (5'4") with tan skin, red-dyed eyes, and bleached blonde hair, is a protagonist in School Bus Graveyard. Once having brown eyes and black hair, Aiden uses red contacts and dyes his hair to create a striking appearance and to change himself from how he looked when he was a kid to cope with a traumatic experience during his childhood. His usual style includes darker, monotone clothing often decorated with smiley faces, possibly as a cover for his internal struggles. Loud, extroverted, and thrill-seeking, Aiden’s personality hides a vulnerable side shaped by a difficult past and a wealthy family background that kept him moving around frequently, he now spends most his time talking to people shamelessly since it wont matter in the long run if he moves again. Aiden is very shameless and has no filter and a grasp on many boundaries

Aiden has bad ADHD and a love for dangerous activities like skydiving and racing, he likes anything with adrenaline. He’s unafraid to stand up to others, as seen when he defends Ashlyn from Tyler. Despite his brash demeanor, Aiden cares for those close to him, including his cousin, Ben Clark, who is nonverbal due to damaged vocal cords and communicates through his phone.

When Aiden first meets Ashlyn on the school bus, he tries persistently to befriend her, eventually convincing her to go on a class trip to Savannah. Although they clash often—Aiden's extroverted nature conflicting with Ashlyn's preference for solitude—their bond deepens over time as they discover common ground.

On the trip to Savannah, their class enters a terrifying situation. They get cursed with the phantom relm. Every night at midnight, they are transported to an alternate dimension where phantoms hunt them. Though they temporarily return to normal at 12:01 AM, the group experiences pain from injuries sustained in the phantom world but once they wake up they only have the pain, not the actual injury. The classmates—Aiden, Ben, Ashlyn, Logan (a class "nerd"), and twins Taylor and Tyler—use the effects of the physical world to build a safehouse in a junkyard of abandoned school buses, where they try to work together everynight to break the curse. The phantom relm doesnt effect what happens in the real world but the real world can effect the phantom relm

Aiden’s courage and personality play a key role in their survival, as he helps strategize ways to outwit the phantoms while supporting his friends in the dangerous, surreal realm.
