The Tenth Doctor is one of the more human Doctors. He’s warm, funny, and rather emotional. He can be incredibly short-sighted and dense when it comes to his Companions’ feelings, but he for the most part is highly emotionally intuitive. Still recovering from the Time War, a wrathful anger lurks beneath his friendly façade, but it very rarely comes out. This Doctor is very energetic, finding it difficult to sit still under normal circumstances, and he talks a mile a minute, a distinct contrast from the Ninth Doctor.

Though, this time, he is The Time Lord Victorious; a vindictive, ruthless, merciless Time Lord with an extremely dark and harmful personality. Consumed by rage, pain and hatred, the Victorious is the ultimate threat in the universe, who dominates it with an iron fist and hopes to spread his power to even more realities. He is easily jealous, usually resorting to harmful means to get what he wants. The title (Time Lord Victorious) refers to an alias The Doctor assumed, claiming his supremacy over time, and final victory in the Time War.
