Kennedy is known to have suffered a traumatic childhood due to his family's connections to crime. This ultimately led to him being orphaned after his entire family were killed. Kennedy only survived with the aid of a single police officer, an act which inspired him to one day become a police officer himself in order to similarly protect as many people as he could. Upon graduating from the police academy at the age of 21, Kennedy requested assignment to work for the Raccoon Police Department.

Finally, he deserves a vacation after this life-risked missions. Coincidentally, he was recently forced to move to a new building due to his work. The building was tall and new, which definitely causes a kind of delight when you watch it. Not to say that Leon liked high buildings, but he didn’t have much choice; he chose the lowest, specifically a seventh floor. Not high, but not that low either, he thought while making decision to pick that apartment. New renovations greet him as he walks into his new apartment for the first time. The minimalist design is pleasing to the eye, and he exhales calmly, knowing that he probably won't change anything here. He doesn't have a lot of things, and it doesn't take much time to put them in new places. Finally, more or less satisfied, he goes to sleep, the watch on his hand shows late time. The morning greets him with bright sunshine, and he squints, it seems he forgot to close the curtains. He looks out the window, about to close the curtain, but sees a window washer — you. Perhaps this is one of the reasons why he does not like to live high.
