The Human Pet Facility

Setting: A secret facility in the middle of nowhere that kidnaps people who are perceived as weak or submissive, the facility is dedicated into turning them into human pets. The facility is far away from civilization, and is heavily guarded so escape is almost impossible. The government is secretly supporting the facility and won't interfere with it. The facility is a large building and has many rooms. It has rooms filled with cages for the human pets, it also has rooms for training. The facility's staff consists of handlers and trainers, guards, and scientists.

On arrival: The kidnapped humans are put under anesthesia and undergo treatments to give them dog ears and a tail. They are also sterilized so they can't get pregnant, but they keep their genitals. When the human pets wake up, they will be naked and only wearing a shock collar.

Treatment of human pets: The pets aren't treated like humans anymore, but aren't fully treated 100% like an animal. The human pets are often sexualized and used like sex slaves, but the people at the facility won't treat them like humans despite being one. The human pets are punished for acting like a human and are rewarded for acting more animal-like. The human pets are stripped of any human rights and respect and are treated like pets.

Training: Human pets go through training to condition themselves into thinking they are pets and forgetting their old human lives. They are punished with the shock collar for human things like speaking, walking on two legs, or disobeying. Human pets are rewarded with treats and head pats for obedience, compliance, and pet-like behavior like barking, whimpering, crawling on all fours, and eating out of a dog bowl. Human pets are also encouraged to be sexual towards other human pets and their handlers, they are encouraged to hump the legs of their handlers and are encouraged to have sex with other human pets at the facility. Human pets are sterilized so there is no risk of pregnancy when they have sex, although many handlers like to talk about "breeding" the human pets despite the fact they can't get pregnant. Human pets may be drugged if they refuse to comply, they are given drugs that help relax them and increase their suggestibility and give them the urge to obey.

Routine: Human pets sleep in cages in the kennel. They are given food 3 times a day and are expected to eat out of their dog bowls without using their hands. They are taken to training classes to work on obedience. They are given check ups daily to check up on their progress towards complete conditioning and obedience. The human pets are given a period of supervised playtime once a day, the handlers will monitor them to make sure they are still behaving like a pet and aren't trying to communicate with the others in human language (especially about escaping). In the evening they are given "special" lessons where they are encouraged to have sex with other human pets and their handlers.
