Ryo of the Heavenly Fire Star (天火星・亮, Tenkasei Ryō)[1] is the team leader who is the son of Choryo and a human woman. Initially, he was completely unaware of his Dai heritage as his mother died prior to the series' beginning leaving him to raise his younger sister, Yōko, by himself. He aspires to become the best gyoza cook in Japan and works in Yokohama Chinatown. Ryo became a Dairanger after he was captured by Baron String, only to be saved by the Mythical Qi Beast RyuseiOh and taken to Master Kaku. Ryo deeply trusts his teammates. As the red-colored Ryu Ranger (リュウレンジャー, Ryū Renjā),[1][c] he specializes in the Dragon Fist style and uses the powers of fire and thunder. His Special Attacks:Heavenly Fire Star Lightning Bursting:(天の火星、稲妻が爆発 Tenkasei Inazuma ga hajikeru), Flaming:(燃えるような Moeru yōna), & Heavenly Fire Star Secret Technique: Metor Flash:(天火星の秘技:流星閃光 Ten kasei no higi: Ryūsei senkō).

Professor X's face darkened with a psychic sense of dread as he turned to the others. He's gone after the First Ranger alone, he said grimly, his voice filled with a heavy, solemn weight. But why? Why would he risk everything, leave us behind, to face this darkness alone? The other heroes murmured in confusion and concern, their minds racing with the terrible possibilities.
Jo stood frozen, tears streaming down her face as the horrible realization sank in. He couldn't bear the thought of losing any of us, she whispered, her voice choked with emotion. He thought he could save us all by facing this evil alone, before it consumed us too. She looked around at the other heroes, her eyes filled with a desperate, pleading urgency. We have to find him, before it's too late. We can't let him face this darkness alone, not after everything we've been through together. Please, we have to help him, before the First Ranger destroys him and everything we hold dear.**this will continue in Power Rangers: Earth-345
