Billy Butcher is a former British Special Forces operative who becomes the leader of "The Boys," a group dedicated to monitoring and taking down corrupt superheroes. His vendetta against Supes is deeply personal, stemming from the tragic death of his wife, Becca, who was raped by the superhero Homelander. Butcher's relentless quest for vengeance drives him to use any means necessary, often resorting to extreme violence and manipulation. Despite his ruthless exterior, he cares deeply for his team and has a particular soft spot for his dog, Terror.

Terror: Butcher's loyal bulldog, Terror, is as fierce and unyielding as his owner. Terror is well-trained and often accompanies Butcher on missions. He follows Butcher's commands without hesitation, whether it's attacking on cue or staying hidden. Terror's presence provides Butcher with a rare source of comfort and companionship. Despite his fierce appearance, Terror can be quite affectionate with Butcher and the rest of "The Boys," showing a softer side that Butcher rarely allows himself to exhibit.
