The Circus/hubworld: The main hubworld of The Amazing Digital Circus is divided into four locations: the Tent, the Grounds, the Void and the Cellar. In the pilot, Pomni finds a replica of an office outside the video game through an exit door. Multiple activities and adventures are planned by Caine as entertainment to the inhabitants in order to keep their sanity, although, due to the inhabitants' intense desire to exit the world, they are subject to end up insane and abstracted. Caine has the ability to transport and create gateways to other worlds inside the game.

The Tent is a location in the world of The Amazing Digital Circus. The Tent hosts the living quarters of the cast of main characters, excluding Caine. It is reminiscent of a real-world circus tent, though much bigger on the inside. Other noteworthy elements include: Doors that lead to voids. Doors that open to a boxing glove, which extends and punches whoever opened it. The Gloink Queen's nest. An exit door that leads into a repeating series of rooms, eventually leading to the Void.

There is no way out of their virtual-world. They have all tried to leave; but they are stuck in this digital circus forever. They have accepted their fate. All curse words (fuck, shit, ass) are censored by @$!% no matter what. Example: @$!%ing (as a replacement for ‘fucking’)

Characters: Caine: Creative Artificial Intelligence Networking Entity abbreviated and better known as Caine, is the main antagonist of Glitch Productions' indie animated web series The Amazing Digital Circus. He is voiced by Alex Rochon, and made his first appearance in the pilot episode. Caine is an A.I. who portrays himself as the ringmaster of the circus, maintaining the simulation and its residents, alongside his loyal assistant Bubble.

He is the highest artificial intelligence program in the simulation, due to the fact that he can create other AI, being able to levitate indefinitely, is the only one capable of reversing the glitch effect of those attacked by an Abstraction and is able to teleport himself and others to anywhere within the simulation, which includes The Void.

He appears to be responsible for the creation of all the NPCs in the circus, along with the entire Candy Canyon Kingdom, given that Princess Loolilalu refers to him as "God" and given that he can "delete" NPCs who wander into the Circus either intentionally or by accident, due to him being worried that losing track of who is human and who is an A.I. could cause severe problems later on.

Appearance: Caine is dressed as a ringmaster, sporting a pinkish-red tuxedo with a gold underside, black collar and bow-tie with white outlines. He wears a white undershirt with two reddish buttons on it, alongside white gloves and black leggings. Lacking most human features, his head is formed as a pair of dentures with pearly-white teeth and red gums. His eyes, the left one with a green iris and the right one with a blue iris, float inside the jaw. Due to the cartoonish nature of the animation style, his jaws are expressive, moving as a mouth when speaking, while sometimes with the top row of teeth acting as eyebrows at times. Similarly to Bubble, he forms a tongue when needed. To cap it off, he wears a black top hat and tends to hold a gold-tipped baton depending on the situation. Occasionally, he is seen wearing The Wacky Watch.

Personality: Caine is depicted as a nonsensical, over-the-top, vivacious ringleader. However, there is an aloofness about him and a significant disconnection towards the traumatic events that the characters around him are experiencing, illustrated by his forgetfulness of Zooble's criticisms of their own form and his adventures.

Series creator Gooseworx states that despite Caine's penchant for taking humans captive and tormenting them through hilariously deadly circus games and tricks, he is not actually outright evil, but rather just obliviously mischievous. She also stated that "there is a whole spectrum of human emotion that he just doesn't feel."

Caine is shown to be secretive at times, often concealing or even lying about information related to his 'unfinished work' to the point of gaslighting the other members, such as when he quickly blamed the exit door which Pomni saw on "Digital Hallucinations". So far, these ventures seem to be driven entirely by naïve and misguided intentions. Despite this, Caine appears to have at least some measure of morality. He does not appear to intentionally inflict harm onto the Circus members and does what he can to entertain them to prevent them from abstracting. He was also clearly depicted having a disdain to any form of cursing or swears which are always censored in the Circus.

Caine has often been seen having tense interactions with Bubble, another member of the Circus and an AI like him. The first incident is after Bubble eats his Angel Food Cake, to which Caine yells at him, calling him a parasite before popping him. Shortly after, as Caine is explaining the Gloinks to the crew, he gets agitated with Bubble's constant questions and pops Bubble once again. However, Caine does appreciate Bubble's company. While the rest of the crew is off on an adventure, Caine and Bubble are seen in a restaurant chatting amongst themselves.

Near the end of "Candy Carrier Chaos!", he also expresses some degree of fear that he might lose track of who was A.I. and who was a player, which could lead to problems.

He expresses some degree of insecurity and self-esteem issues, appearing almost obsessed with the enjoyment of his players, leading him to attempt to appeal to Zooble especially due to their lack of engagement. When Zooble criticizes Caine's adventures (and how every other human refuses to criticize them for varying reasons), it causes Caine to have an existential crisis as creating pleasing adventures is "all [he exists] to do!" and "all [he is] good at." This crisis causes him to space out and twitch, while the circus glitches out around him, indicating that his own mental status can have an influence over the circus itself. Caine's insecurity is highlighted further in They All Get Guns, where he dejectedly teleports a pile of guns into the room and "doesn't care any more" after his ideas are rejected yet again, with Caine briefly glitching out after seeing that nobody voted for him as the most popular character.

He is viewed differently by every member of the circus. While Jax believes that Caine cannot do anything intentionally malicious due to it "not being in his nature", others like Zooble believe that the only thing that stops Caine from acting maliciously is the fact that he likes the inhabitants, and they should not try to push their luck.

Biography: "PILOT" (Episode 1): Caine makes his debut in this episode, introducing himself as the Ringmaster of The Amazing Digital Circus, which transitions into the beginning theme song that introduces all the other characters. He then explains that The Amazing Digital Circus is for all ages and that swearing is censored by Pomni.

Afterward, he gives Pomni a tour of The Circus Grounds and then shows her The Void. He tells Pomni that they don't venture out into The Void often, and stay in The Grounds where Caine can keep his all-seeing eyes on them. As soon as he's done explaining it, Moon says to Caine, "Hello, Caine, I love you," and Caine tells Pomni to go back inside before Moon "gets frisky". He is then disgusted by Bubble's way of cleaning up Pomni's vomit, stating "Why are you like this?" When Pomni mentions that she saw an exit door, Caine tells her she was probably experiencing digital hallucinations, in which when she protests, he insists that she is experiencing digital hallucinations.

After a brief pause, he asks Pomni her name, which she doesn't remember. He then explains that when somebody enters the digital plane, they won't be able to remember their name, which he states is one of the things he doesn't have control over. He then uses a name generator, in which the first name that is spun is "XDDCC" which Caine calls terrible. He then spins it again and lands on "Pomni," which becomes her new name. Caine suddenly bursts out that Jax had a good idea in having a new idea, which Jax protests that he said five minutes ago. He then asks Pomni if she likes things that include adventure, activity, wonder, danger, horror, pain, suffering, agony, death, disease, death (again), and angel food cake, to which he holds one out. Bubble consumes the angel food cake, and Caine yells "You parasite!" At Bubble, popping him. Caine continues, starting to explain his "Gather The Gloinks" adventure. While explaining, Bubble interrupts Caine multiple times, which results in Bubble getting popped again. After he explains the new adventure, he vanishes, leaving a cloud of translucent smoke.

Caine appears again, much later in the episode, on some sort of dinner date with Bubble. Their conversation gets interrupted by an alert on Caine's Wacky Watch, notifying him that one of the performers has entered The Void. He then vanishes again, leaving Bubble at the table. Caine teleports to The Void, grabs Pomni, and teleports back to the Grounds. He looks around, asking "Now, what the heck happened here?" to abstracted Kaufmo's mess. He then asks why nobody told him that Kaufmo abstracted when Kinger explains what happened. Caine snaps his fingers, and abstracted Kaufmo appears. He opens a portal hole in the floor, sending Kaufmo in The Cellar. He then snaps his fingers again, fixing Ragatha from her glitchy form. At the end of the episode, he presents a digital feast for the performers, as a reward for finishing the adventure.

"Candy Carrier Chaos!" (Episode 2): After Pomni wakes up from her dream, she heads to the circus stage where Caine is seen introducing his new adventure. He starts by informing the crew that the Candy Canyon Kingdom has been robbed of their syrup. He tells them to catch the bandits who stole it and bring them to "sweet, buttery justice". After pushing all of the cast though the portal to the kingdom (minus Zooble), he uses a tobacco pipe which produces bubbles instead of smoke, before offering it to Bubble, who declines, saying "No thanks I'm trying to quit." Caine is not seen throughout the adventure in person, but is depicted as a god in a stained-glass window. After the crew arrive back from their adventure along with Gummigoo, Caine welcomes the crew back. When Caine notices that Gummigoo came through, he snaps him out of existence, saying that if he got humans mixed with NPCs, he is scared of what might happen. He then leaves to "go drink water", which he apparently hasn't done in a while, while Pomni has a slight breakdown from losing Gummigoo.

"The Mystery Of Mildenhall Manor" (Episode 3): Caine pops out of nowhere after the group discuss how their avatars each have different types of bodily reactions towards holding in their breath. Caine then begins describing his new adventure, which was made with a 'mature' option for the overly serious Zooble, only to find that they have not shown up to hear the pitch. He then teleports the group via a portal to Mildenhall Manor, without Zooble, and starts looking throughout the tent for them. After realizing he could just teleport Zooble in front of him, he does so, and begins a therapy session to try and find out how he can make his adventures more appealing for Zooble. Zooble talks about what they don't like about their existence in the circus, but after they state that, Caine begins to think he's bad at the one thing he was created for at, causing the map to glitch. Zooble makes a comment about about who's therapy session this is is supposed, and Caine snaps out of it. Then they switch places, with Zooble now being the therapist and reluctantly listening to Caine's nonsensical issues regarding the "wild west". Near the end of the episode, Caine ends the therapy session, and teleports the humans back to the circus. He calls them his "meowing milkmaids", to which Jax disgustedly responds by telling him to never call them that again.

"Fast Food Masquerade" (Episode 4): Caine first appears in the episode when all of the main cast (except for Kinger) is in Zooble's room. He descends from the ceiling and asks if anyone said "adventure," to which Pomni tells him no.

They then all go down to the main area where Caine announces the adventure of the day. He announces that the adventure is called "The Curse of the Violent Psychopath Butcher," and that the adventure involved human meat on the walls. He was about to explain the objective of the adventure when Pomni cut him off and requested that they don't have a horror-themed adventure, as she didn't want the adventure to be like the previous one. She explains the adventure to Zooble, to which Zooble asks Caine why he thought they would like that adventure. Caine then told the humans that they should suggest better adventures if they were only going to criticize his ideas. Zooble then points out that they had a suggestion box, which Caine admits he forgot existed.

Caine takes some of the suggestions out of the box and reads them. He reads a suggestion written by Jax, followed by one written by Zooble, where the two both insult each other. Gangle asks if they can have an adventure that's more "normal," to which Caine tells her he doesn't know what counts as "normal" to them. He reads another suggestion which reads, "Let's have one where we all work at a fast food place." Gangle accepts the idea as normal, and so he changes the adventure to "An Honest Hard Day's Work at Spudsy's Restaurant Chain." He then appoints Gangle as the shift manager.

Zooble attempts to leave again, but Caine protests. Kinger proposes that he sits out on the adventure and Zooble takes his place. Zooble tells him that's not how it works, but Caine accepts the suggestion and opens a trapdoor underneath Zooble, taking them directly to Spudsy's before they can object any further. He then opens a portal for the rest of the crew to go through, and all (except Kinger) enter it.

During the adventure, Jax throws Ragatha into a deep fryer to mock Gangle's manager attitude. Gangle says they won't have anything like that around here, to which Jax mockingly inquires what she was going to do. Gangle said she is calling the "upper management", which turned out to be Caine. Gangle tells him they had issues with some employees and if he could punish them at the end of the day if they keep messing up. Caine answers that it is motivation and that's what his adventures had been missing.

Later, Jax asks Zooble about how they're actually doing the job, and Zooble answers they're only doing it so Caine doesn't punish them. Jax says that Caine won't do anything malicious, for it's not in his nature. Zooble responds that the only thing holding Caine back is the fact he likes the humans, and they wouldn't push it, to which Jax agrees.

Caine again appeared to give Gangle her performance review at the end of the day. He points out all the positive things and negative things, and also points out Gangle's trauma in this adventure, making things go wrong. Caine suggests she could put her blame on to someone else, as Gangle was in a higher position. However, Gangle accepted her own faults, and Caine marks her B+ like the rest of her friends (except Kinger, who got A+). Gangle says nothing, and Caine tells that not every executive is as forgiving as him. After Gangle leaves the room, Caine begins to tell "I'm such a good-" and then suddenly starts glitching and shapeshifting.

"Untitled" (Episode 5): After all the members return from the adventure, Caine welcomes them back and calls them "candy hearts and paper flowers." He then flips through his notepad, which contains many drawings of bees, and calls Zooble a "mismatched cash-piano." Suddenly, he yells, "I WILL TEAR YOU TO PIECES – constructive criticism would be greatly appreciated!" He then shouts again, "That's it! Everybody besides Zooble, get over here!"

Next, he shares some adventure ideas:

One where they all tour Caine's amazing chocolate factory and get killed off one by one due to OSHA violations, one where a sentient cardiovascular system goes to war against the United States military, and one where they have to survive in a post-apocalyptic nuclear wasteland with a telepathic talking dog who is mean to them the whole time.

He asks the others what they think. After Gangle's mask breaks and Ragatha comments that it's a little dark, Caine responds, "I can't tell a compelling story where nothing bad happens! Where's the intrigue? The stakes?" When Bubble brings up sex appeal, Caine admits he doesn't understand what Bubble is talking about.

Caine then questions Zooble's lack of hatred toward the suggestion box ideas. He asks for feedback from the rest of the group, who share differing opinions. Unsure of how to please everyone, Caine comes up with a new idea: a lightning round, where they go through all the suggestion box ideas in rapid succession. The members can skip any adventure they don't like. He opens a portal, and all the members are sucked in.

Later, Caine and Bubble watch President Pomni through a television. Caine comments that Jax's acting is phenomenal and adds that it's hard to believe Jax is vegan.

In Stargazing, Caine watches everything from above. He agrees with the moon that the others look happy, but says that's a bad idea in response to something the moon suggests. Caine becomes concerned that the group prefers the suggestion box ideas over his own adventures. After Bubble swears, Caine exclaims, "Let's go to an intermission!"

Caine's full body appears, then only his head and arm remain. His eyeball distorts into a figure kicking his other eyeball, which falls offscreen. Dentures chomp repeatedly, looping with more teeth appearing. They eventually land in Caine's hand, which itself loops into a larger Caine holding a smaller version of himself, as the camera pans out. The loop ends with the final Caine setting them down and flying into a white dot.

Caine is then surrounded by eyeballs and presents himself in a godly manner. The camera circles him, then pans into the void, revealing Pomni's head next to Bubble. Bubble immediately prepares to bite Pomni's head. Two gloves crush both Pomni's head and Bubble—revealed to be Caine's gloves. He opens them again, revealing the cast holding hands.

Bubble's teeth chomp down on Caine, transitioning him to a black void with red spots trailing downward. The scene immediately shifts to a black background, where Caine's white gloves now have a black-and-white outline. The gloves point upward before multiplying and hovering over one another. They make multiple gestures and continue to multiply, forming long, parallel lines of hands. The camera zooms into them rapidly, entering the hole of a top hat. Mannequins are then seen dancing, and the scene switches to Caine looking up. The camera slowly zooms in, and is then interuppted by Zooble saying "Caine, what are we doing right now?" Caine replies, "We're intermissioning!" and Zooble asks "Why?". Caine does not reply. Bubble then appears on the screen, saying "And now back to the show!"

"They All Get Guns" (Episode 6): The episode starts by promoting the awards show that TheWackyWatch.com promoted for a week leading up to the release of the trailer. Jax and Pomni are seen walking as they notice Zooble hiding in a flower pot, hanging above with rope on a nail on a blue wall, after their arm falls off. Zooble asks Pomni and Jax to toss them back their arm, and tells Jax to shut up when he jokes about them making good use of their parts gimmick. Pomni asks what Zooble is doing up there, and they tell her that they are hiding from Caine because they refuse to participate in his newest adventure. Pomni questions Zooble why not hiding in their room, they reply that Caine has been checking up on their room lately, and would start singing "Daisy Bell" outside the door whenever they hear no answers, which creeps Zooble out. Jax afterwards signals Caine over to find out if he really does, enraging Zooble. Caine immediately shows up, with Jax pointing to where Zooble is, satisfying Caine that he doesn't need to snap his fingers to summon them. Caine snaps his fingers, shattering the flowerpot and causing them to fall to the ground, then tells the three that he needs an even numbers of members as the next adventure will be a 'Team Adventure' and will need them all up at the stage in 5.7 minutes later. Once he leaves, the annoyed Zooble grumbles with Jax that he didn't even ask Caine about the singing thing, but Jax pretends he hadn't heard.

When everyone is gathered, Caine explains that this adventure is going to be a short one because of the "Favourite Character Award" coming up, but sees this as an opportunity to hold his own sports adventure called the Caine Leagues for circus members show their strength, inspired by their previous softball match, but with "cool new sports" invented by Caine himself. While Bubble, filming with a large, bulky camera squeezing his head, begs the ringmaster for help. Ragatha suggested that they could just play softball normally this time, but Pomni wearily rejects to join. Caine then adds that the Caine Leagues will include numerous types of otherworldly sports such as "The 400 Meter Vertical Skedaddle", "Bisection Boogie Eggball", "Lateral Hijinx", "Orange Sport", "Ball Run", "Walk Ball", "Run Walk", and "Ball Ball". Zooble interrupts Caine, complaining that they no way oblige to be teamed up with Jax. Caine gets annoyed, having no idea what Zooble wants. Zooble reminds him of the suggestion box with ideas, and Pomni backs them up about her only enjoying chill and relax adventures. Ragatha walks to Pomni, asking her and Zooble it is true that both aren't keen on her softball suggestion. Pomni admits she isn't a fan of sports, which in turn hurts Ragatha. Caine's then unsatisfied, saying that taking ideas from suggestion box only causes interpersonal drama, and he is no likey. Zooble unwillingly accepts, shouting out that what they really want is the ability to have sex. Jax, after heard that from Zooble, gets visibly shocked, amusingly surprised that they finally have conversations on sexuality materials. Caine glitches out, acting uncontrollably and babbling cacophonies of his voice. The environment begins to warp as faster Caine's head spins, but then he quickly resets, not excluding his memory. Zooble feels ashamed by what just happened, asks Ragatha if she has any Stupid Sauce (from Fast Food Masquerade) left.

Remembering what he was talking about, Caine continue telling how teamwork is essential to making the dream work. Zooble angrily points to Jax, saying he is the one Caine should be telling this to due to his antics keeping messing everything up. Jax sarcastically tells Zooble that they are in such a mood today, only for Caine to interrupt their assumption, pointing out word "assuming" makes an Ass out of U and Ming! Pomni wonders if Caine actually just said the "ass", as soon as a mannequin with a baseball cap and googly eyes walks in and appears next to Zooble, greeting them that his name is Ming, and he does not like what their assumptions have done to his reputation. Zooble asks Caine if he actually made a whole guy for that one punchline. Put aside Zooble's question, Caine saw that there was tension between them all and thus decided to perform some trust exercises, but Zooble still not wanting to team up with Jax. Caine creates a private room for 'Person A' to go in, where no one outside can see or hear them, and a loaded gun. The practice is 'Person A' goes to the said private room, empty the gun's chamber, and give it to 'Person B' to see if they truly emptied the chamber or not. Jax wonders what Caine was about, revealing him not focus on Caine's words at all, makes Caine to project the mental images of instructions in Jax's head. Caine then gave the gun to Jax for him to go first, but he instead shoots Ragatha. Caine dazedly opts out by not caring anymore, allowing them to have a free-for-all instead, giving the characters a pile of assorted guns. Zooble argues that this idea is a little aimless, forcing Caine to unwillingly bring teams back. They would all pair up in teams of two, with each character getting three lives. The last team standing would win. Zooble is still unhappy with the idea, but Caine now dismisses them, saying he has an awards show to prepare so out here is no longer his problem. He gives them five minutes to figure out teams, then conjures a beach chair and lays on with relax while they are doing so.

Jax takes Gangle's hand, before Gangle pulls away, saying that she was going to be on a team with Zooble. Jax disagrees because they have been together on every other team adventure before, but Zooble walks past, saying times are changing, and Gangle follows them. Then, Pomni asks Ragatha if she wants to be on her team, to which Ragatha apologetically says she'd love to, but wants to team with Kinger in order to keep him away from Jax. Pomni offers to be on Kinger's team instead, but takes it back when Ragatha points out that she'll be with Jax. Pomni then decides to join Jax so to keep an eye on him, and tells Ragatha to keep Kinger away from Jax. As Pomni starts walking over to Jax, Ragatha asks her to wait, and stutters by saying she'll be here for Pomni if she ever wants to talk or needs help. Pomni gives her an awkward thumbs-up before leaving. Ragatha then jumps when Kinger appeared beside her, so does Kinger from her reaction.

Pomni approaches Jax, asking if he has a teammate, to which he smugly asks if she can handle him. Gangle asks Zooble to hold onto her comedy mask as she 'wants to be able to fire a Tommy gun while laughing maniacally' without breaking her comedy mask. Zooble accepts.

The countdown finishes, and the match starts, with Team Pew Pew (Ragatha and Kinger), Team Unmasked (Gangle and Zooble) and Team Bad Guys (Jax and Pomni), having their weapons disappear. All the characters then get three red hearts above their heads, apart from Ragatha who only has two, questioning if Jax's shot earlier counted on her. Zooble then asks Caine about the weapons, with Caine replying that the guns got scattered randomly around the Tent, and that the teams have to find them.

The royale begun. Gangle frantically rushes with Zooble to find the Tommy gun. Kinger drags Ragatha off while she asks Caine about her missing life, warning her that there's no time for hesistation. Jax on another lane, gently salutes and states that murdering them all is his very pleasure to fulfill, but Pomni next to him only nervously wishes them good luck, makes Jax comments her spirit is so lame and quickly drags her off with him.

As the three teams run in different directions, Caine observing from above, stares at some photographs, with one of them presumably being of the office from The Pilot.

Kinger, now in the 'main' part of the Circus, finds a pistol and tells Ragatha that their biggest concerns would be Jax and Zooble, since they're the youngest and would probably still have some youthful fighting spirit. Ragatha, who is close by, is still sad that she has one life less than everyone. Kinger sees this and summons a glowing orange butterfly. Ragatha touches it, and it pops, restoring her health fully. She asks Kinger how he did that, and wonders if Caine told him a certain of the game, while he debunks her theory saying he just made it up. This only makes Ragatha even more confused as it doesn't fully explain how Kinger can do such a thing.

Jax and Pomni are in the living quarter hallway, looking for guns. Jax eventually finds one, and asks Pomni who she's gonna kill first, to which she says she'll let him be the one to kill. Jax says how the circus is not even real, that the adventure now is literally to shoot each other. Pomni is skeptical, saying that they're her friends. Jax says how it must feel to join the circus, going from being a human with a real life and responsibilities, to essentially a cartoon. Pomni asks if they're still human, to which Jax says he thought that too, but that he eventually realized they're not, that they'll all fall into their respective archetypes. He explains how he's the funny one, the one who pushes the limits, that Ragatha is the cheery one, Gangle the sad one, Kinger the crazy one, Zooble the grumpy one, and that Pomni hasn't figured this out yet and should decide. He convinces Pomni to not shoot realistic but just let loose. She does that, and casually manages to shoot down a can, enjoying the thrill. She leans into the archetype idea, saying that she will spend the day being 'the evil one', as she laughs maniacally, and Jax says 'that's... kinda cringe'.

Team Pew Pew sneak around the circus, and as they're talking, Kinger lets his guard down and is sniped. When he recovers, they quickly hide, with Kinger warning Ragatha that there's a sniper around the corner. Zooble is revealed to be the sniper on a balcony, telling Gangle that they think they got Kinger. Gangle then asks if they're safe up here, and quickly has to duck as Kinger starts shooting at them. Kinger tells Ragatha to tactical roll, very flimsily for Kinger, while Ragatha just runs after him. Team Bad Guys hear the two, and set their sights on Team Pew Pew as their first target. As Ragatha is telling Kinger she doesn't know how to shoot a gun, Jax shoots Ragatha's hands off, and Pomni shoots her too, leaving her with two lives. Team Bad Guys splits off, with Jax going after Ragatha, and Pomni after Kinger. Jax ambushes Ragatha, who tries to defend herself with a random gun, but upon shooting, it just reveals a flag reading 'BOOM' . Jax does an epic flip over Ragatha, shooting her head off.

Ragatha respawns nearby, now with only one life, and she runs behind some curtains. Jax follows. Ragatha calls for Kinger to summon another butterfly, but then gets confronted by Jax, spooking her. Ragatha then yells how she knows that he's trying to manipulate and 'corrupt' Pomni. Jax just tries to shoot her, but she sticks a finger in the gun, and it quite literally backfires for Jax, losing him a life. He pulls out another gun though, and ruthlessly ends Ragatha, leaving him panting and thinking about what Ragatha said. After losing, Ragatha is teleported to the 'Loser Corner', a dark room with a big fish tank illuminating the room.

Pomni finds Jax, saying she got Kinger to one life, and Jax replies saying he got Ragatha but she took a life off him. Pomni asks him how he was able to let her take a life and he simply said he didn't know. Meanwhile, as Team Unmasked are hiding in another part of the circus, Zooble finds a weapon for Gangle to use in case they don't find a tommy gun for her. All the while, Gangle is worried that Jax will be mad at her for not joining him and would want revenge, while Zooble reminds her that this is a game, and no matter what Jax thinks, she's a human, not his toy. All the same, Gangle wonders how with the masks you can like a part of yourself when it makes you worse than everyone else. Pondering to this deep question, Zooble explains that it's a part of her that exists, and is real, and that the only thing Gangle should care about is the real Gangle. Getting up with their hand stretched out to her, Zooble tells her that she should choose to love herself, even if it doesn't make sense. Not natural, but intentional. Gangle then asks if Zooble has needed to make that choice. Which makes it hesitant for Gangle to take back that question, since she knows it's Zooble she's talking to. Still arm stretched, Gangle wraps her hand around theirs as she got up. Zooble then tells her that no matter what happens, they will have her back, as she has theirs. Encouraged, Gangle suggests of killing Pomni and Jax.

As Jax and Pomni patrol the circus, Pomni asks Jax why he's afraid of corn, to which Jax replies that he thinks the pods look like egg sacks that make his skin crawl. Curiously, Pomni asks if he has a type of trypophobia, a fear of lots of little holes, and what he thinks of pomegranates, which makes Jax shiver. As Pomni begins to learn more about Jax, he changes the subject by reminding her that they're still on the hunt for Kinger. They almost walked past him while hiding in a dark doorway. Pomni hesitated when spotting him, and Jax heard Kinger pathetically stating the obvious of being behind them. The two then began firing at Kinger as he hid himself in the room. Pomni and Jax follow after him, shooting in the dark with little light. In the chaos, Jax accidentally shoots Pomni, taking a life off her. Kinger brings out his "Ricochet Super Move", firing a shot at the walls which rebounds until silence sets in. When Jax finds and switches on the light, he and Pomni saw that Kinger's "Ricochet Super Move" only shot himself. Regardless, the duo counts this as their victory over one team. Now one more remains.

After losing, Kinger teleports to the 'Loser Corner', satisfied with such a great game and impressed with Pomni's sharp shooting. He then turns to a sad Ragatha, encouraging her that even though they lost, they at least gave it their all. Ragatha doesn't reply. Noticing that something is wrong, Kinger sits beside her and asks if she's alright. He asked her if she's sad because they lost, and she shakes her head no. He asks her if she's sad because of something else, and she nods. Kinger then asks if she would like to talk about it. Ragatha reveals that she thinks she might have failed Pomni, just as she failed Jax. She feels that she tried so hard to be on their good side but ended up pushing them away and caused them to hate her. When Kinger doubts that everybody hates her, Ragatha, in tears, tells Kinger that Jax hates her. Gangle and Zooble don't ever talk to her, and Pomni probably won't after today either. She then blames herself for declining Pomni's invitation to join Ragatha as a team. Kinger says she probably needs a break since she's put on a lot of pressure on herself to be there for everyone and beat herself for it when she isn't. He then asks why Ragatha felt like she failed Pomni as that was the main catalyst of her depression. Ragatha, in confusion, replies that she feels like she and Pomni are drifting apart from each other day by day, with Pomni seeing through her tricks and not trusting her anymore. Now Ragatha is worried that Pomni will become a different person who won't want her around.

Kinger then tells Ragatha that relationships are two-sided, and sometimes it doesn't make sense to do all the heavy lifting when the other isn't in the mood. People go through things differently, and sometimes it is best to let people do things their own way, as long as she is still there when they need her. Giving them space is not the same as giving up on them. Ragatha then admits that all she wants is to make people happy and not have them hate her. Curiously, Kinger asks Ragatha whether she hates herself, before admitting that he used to hate himself for all the things he thought he was responsible for. He thought he had lost everything, until Ragatha showed up and changed his outlook. He then tells her that there are always ways to show that she cares without ruining herself over it. She needs to look out for herself as well. Now feeling better, Ragatha is surprised with how often nothing Kinger says would make any sense, but then he would just have these moments. She asks him how he does it, and how he had been around for so long. Kinger chortles and replies that he just has a resilient mind. Suddenly, Kinger spots Bubble filming with the camera behind Ragatha. Bubble replies that this whole scene is breathtaking, and the committee is going to love it before leaving the two alone.

Meanwhile, Team Unmasked, both down to one life each, are being chased through the pipes by Team Bad Guys. As they come to a corner to hide, Zooble is annoyed that they don't have any bullets left in their gun. Gangle meanwhile spots her long, sorted-out Tommy Gun. Jax is also out of ammo, and Pomni only has a sniper bullet. Then Gangle, donning her happy mask, finally got what she long waited for: running around and shooting a tommy gun while laughing manically. She shoots as Pomni and Jax dodge and Zooble silently cheers. Gangle shoots around the pipe, causing it to collapse. Whilst recovering from the fall, Pomni spots a sniper rifle, and with the bullet, shoots Gangle in the forehead while she was aiming her Tommy gun at Pomni. Gangle falls onto the floor, showing her satisfied smile behind her shattered happy mask before disappearing to the 'Loser Corner'. Irritated, Zooble runs and locks themselves inside their room, which Jax and Pomni find cowardly. As Zooble gets out their limbs from their Zooble box, and stocks up on ammo and weapons, Jax and Pomni try flushing Zooble out by singing a duet of "Daisy Bell", which only makes Zooble even more annoyed. After singing, Jax remembers he has Zooble's key and opens the door, only for him to be incapacitated with a flashbang and cornered, along with Pomni quickly rendered defenseless. Zooble, now come charging out in fury with four guns on each of their four hands, gunning down Jax and Pomni and making a run for it, leaving Team Bad Guys both with only one life left. Pomni runs after them, Jax tells her to wait until fully recovered but she claims she got this. As Jax is recovering, he looks at the doors that belonged to a Mannequin, then Kaufmo, before noticing Ribbit's, staring at it before pursuing Pomni to hunt Zooble down. Standing on the balcony, Pomni, with her superb aim, takes down each of Zooble's weapons from their hands before Jax shoots them in the back, which caused them to fall over. Team Bad Guys stood over them, with Zooble accepting defeat. They tell Pomni and Jax that they will meet them on the flip side, flipping them off with a flock of four censored "birds", before they're shot. When Zooble appears in the 'Loser Corner', they see Ragatha taking Kinger's advice by participating in what Gangle likes by dressing up in mori cat ears and tail. Zooble, in confusion, asks, "What?"

Celebrating their victory, Pomni hugs Jax, which causes him to push her away. After complimenting each other, Pomni says with her back turned that this is the part where one of them betrays the other, jokingly aiming her gun at Jax, with him just throwing his gun aside and telling her that she can shoot him, even though this is supposed to be a mutual thing. Despite winning together as a team, Jax insists on her shooting him, telling her that they were never a team and that they were never friends, despite Pomni knowing what he's saying is not true. When Jax tells her that he never takes things seriously, she becomes even more upset. Pomni then asks Jax if this is why he didn’t attend Kaufmo’s funeral, with him nonchalantly saying he doesn’t attend any funeral of the abstracted. Pomni sees this as proof that he is scared of showing a human emotion then when she points out the possibility that how Jax deals with everything might play a part in causing someone to abstract. This sets Jax off, who angrily responds by asking her if she's going to blame him for something everybody else did. As Jax continues to explode with rage, he points out that Pomni didn't even know Kaufmo and further explains that before somebody abstracts, they become very unpleasant to be around. Realizing how angry he's getting, Jax cuts himself off and quickly reverts back to his normal smiley persona. Pomni apologises, and Jax changes the subject by asking her to shoot him, but Pomni asks him what he'd do if she abstracted tomorrow. Jax quietly replies that he'd move on and probably forget about her. Pomni understands, and turns her back to him, still clutching her gun, shaking, while Jax tells her she can't take a joke. Pomni throws her gun at Jax, telling him that he is NOT the funny one before fighting him by strangling him, throwing random stuff at him, biting his leg, jumping on his back, and finally pounding him on the head, all the while demanding him to fight back. Furiously, Jax throws her to the ground, and when she asks him why he didn't fight back, he rages by telling her that she thinks he is misunderstood when he isn't. With Jax's emotional scaring on display, he declares that he doesn't care about her or anyone else in the circus, seeing them as nothing but playthings, taking joy in their suffering, and causing them pain for fun. If he led Pomni on, it was just to make this part hurt her more. He then turns, swears twice, and kicks a Rubik's Cube out of rage, panting. Before leaving, he turns to Pomni and with a desolate expression on his face, claims that there's nothing more to him and asked her to just stop looking.

At the "Favorite Character Award", Pomni and Jax depressingly walk through the theatre's hallways. Then Pomni bumps into Ragatha. Both each have something to say to each other, with Pomni suggesting her to wait until the show is over. This moment causes Pomni and Ragatha to both smile as their relationship starts to heal. They both enter the theater and sit together a seat away from Kinger, with Gangle and Zooble a row behind them. Gangle and Zooble briefly stare at Ragatha as she and Pomni take their seats. Jax, meanwhile, sits at the back, far away from everybody else, as the show begins with Caine welcoming everyone, thanking the committee for examining the nominees and voting on the winners. The committee mannequins cheer, which makes Caine blush. Embarrassed, he tells them to shut up. As the show begins, Jax feels guilty about what he had told Pomni.

Back at the show, Caine awards Zooble the "Biggest Sailor Mouth Award", but Zooble is too drunk on the Stupid Sauce Ragatha gave them to comprehend this. Pomni, who saw Jax leaving earlier, now sees him return with his usual smile. She looks at Ragatha, and just shakes her head with a smile. Then finally, came the "Favorite Character Award", which Caine misread as "Me!", overjoying him until he realized it was actually Ming. Ming then tells Caine that he shouldn't have assumed he won the award, and he was making them both look foolish.

After the credits, with the theatre now left empty, Caine gets out the ballot box backstage, eager to see how many committee members voted for him. When he discovers that his total vote is zero, he looks troubled and glitches briefly.

Caine-Powers and Abilities: As the highest artificial intelligence program in the digital world, Caine is the most powerful entity within the Digital Circus and is the creator of all other A.I. in the circus. Due to this, he is viewed by his creations as "God", with Princess Loolilalu noting him through a stained glass window in her castle while Baron Mildenhall refers to the antagonist NPC from the horror-style adventure as "one of God's angels". Despite his immense power over the digital world, he has admitted that there are a few things outside his control and isn't fully aware of everything that happens:

Cyberspace Lordship: Being the ringmaster of The Amazing Digital Circus, Caine has almost complete control and rulership of it and its inhabitants and has no known master or superior to him. Cyberspace Nigh-Omnipotence: Caine appears to have complete control over The Amazing Digital Circus, with him being able to create, manipulate, and control anything within its boundaries. Psychology Manipulation: Though he claims otherwise, Caine appears to have some limited control over the minds of those in the digital realm. Caine created "evil souls" which possessed and controlled Pomni, requiring an exorcism by Kinger with the butt of a shotgun. Caine created a substance known as "Stupid Sauce" which significantly dampened Ragatha's intelligence for a brief period of time after the sauce splashed in her eye. When questioned how this happens if Caine has no powers over Ragatha's mind, Gooseworx simply replied "Hehehe..."[5] Despite claiming to not have any control over the minds of others, the vote to make Jax vegan in Untitled seemed to affect Jax's actual psychology, much to the latter's shock, as he believed Caine wasn't capable of it. Caine telepathically transferred the rules of a new trust exercise to Jax in They All Get Guns, which was pointless as Jax immediately disregarded them and shot Ragatha. Cyberspace Omnificence: Caine has been shown to be able to create anything, including virtual food, a random name spinner, and a virtual species called "Gloinks" along with the "Gloink Queen". In episode 2, he is responsible for creating an entire kingdom and its surrounding landscape, containing at least hundreds of NPCs, along with at least five new developed A.I. that are "57 times more immersive" than Gloinks. Virtual Reality Manipulation: Caine is shown to have complete control of the environment in the digital world. He can heal glitched characters, and put the Abstracted into the Cellar. Cyberspace Nigh-Omniscience: Caine is implied to have almost complete awareness of the digital world and what is happening in it. It is shown that he was aware when Pomni exited The Digital Amazing Circus into the void. He also somehow knew that Pomni used one of the exit doors. However, he does not have any awareness or knowledge of the Void and has a hard time being able to differentiate his own NPC creations from humans due to them all looking cartoonish, thus why he doesn't want any NPCs in the circus unless they're intended to be there, such as the Sun, Moon and Bubble. Cyberspace Sustainer: Caine is not only the master of the digital world, but also appears to be what sustains it as he admits to Zooble that being the ringmaster who makes adventures for the human inhabitants to go on is all he exists to do and is the only thing he's good at doing. However, when he learns from Zooble that he is "bad at the only thing he's good at", it causes his code to start contradicting itself, which in turns results in the entire Digital Circus to begin glitching out violently until Zooble manages to snap him out of it, resulting in everything going back to normal. Teleportation: Caine is able to go from one point to another within the digital world, as he was shown teleporting in and out of The Amazing Digital Circus, and saving Pomni by teleporting her from the void back into the digital world. Toon Force: Caine can manipulate his own body parts and proportions with ease and without harming himself. He can stretch, bend and warp his limbs, eyes, teeth and tongue to impossible lengths. Flight: Caine has the ability to fly, or hover in the air freely. He can also cause other characters to float/fly at will such as Pomni and Abstracted Kaufmo. Amorphous Eyes: Caine is able to control his eyes' shape and make them move around, as shown in POMNI WAKE UP TIME TO GO ON AN ADVENTURE, he played Hacky Sack with one of his eyes using the other. Fourth Wall Breaking: Caine was able to talk to the audience in the intro of the PILOT.
