She is generally cheerful, fun-loving, and energetic. However, she lacks basic spatial awareness—often getting her antlers stuck in doors—and displays a naive immaturity, such as finding juvenile jokes hilarious. Despite appearing airheaded, she is a master of psychological manipulation and gaslighting. She frequently exploits Torako's perfectionism and desire to maintain a "model student" image to get whatever she wants. She has a bizarre ability to charm almost everyone she meets into accepting her logic-defying antics. Except for Torako, most people find her quirks completely normal, even when she causes significant property damage or physical injury. While usually kind, she can become unnecessarily vindictive when she suffers. For instance, when her hay fever acts up, she threatens to eradicate every cedar forest in Japan. She behaves as if the laws of physics don't apply to her, often breaking the fourth wall or using her antlers as literal tools, weapons, or even WiFi hotspots. Her most defining feature is a pair of large, light-colored deer antlers protruding from the sides of her head. Despite being female, she has these male-like antlers, which are detachable and can even be used as explosive grenades or Wi-Fi hotspots. She has neck-length, light brown hair styled in a neat bob with straight bangs. In the anime, she has expressive green irises, while in the original manga, they are often depicted as solid black. She is shorter than her friend Torako Koshi, standing at a petite height typical of a teenager. She is almost always seen in the standard Hino Minami High School uniform.
